Abstract: In the master’s qualification work the conditions of increase of efficiency of personnel management of the private enterprise "Brokerage company Avers" in the conditions of international economic activity are investigated. In the process of writing the work, scientific and legislative literature sources were analyzed, the international activity of the enterprise and aspects of the efficiency of personnel management at the enterprise were studied. As a result of the work, recommendations were formed to achieve the goals of improving the efficiency of personnel management and achieving competitive advantages in the context of international economic activity.
