Abstract: In the master’s qualification work theoretical researches on definition of the basic factors which define efficiency of transport service in systems of the coordinated traffic light regulation are carried out. According to their results, it is established that these include the main indicators of traffic flow and the mode of operation of traffic lights. According to the results of field research, these main indicators are determined, in particular the intensity, speed and composition of the traffic flow. The result of the research is the simulation of traffic conditions in the specialized software environment PTV VISSIM and the establishment of optimal (by the criterion of delay minimization) control parameters.
