Gained competence: – ability for design and implementation of the appropriate information security measures in the informative-communication systems; – legal basis efforts knowledge and Ukrainian legislation in the information security branch; – ability for business communication in the professional sphere, basic knowledge of business communication, skills of working in team; – modern proficiency hold a discussion and teach information security bases.
– to develop and estimate models and security politics based on using of the modern principles, techniques and methods of the protected systems theory; – fulfil risk and threats sources analysis, develop threats model, develop malefactor’s model; – provide analysis and selection of service procedure requests for computer systems (CS) taking into account working regimes, demands concerning servicing requests, requests flow value, latency period variance; – making proposals for signing agreements and contracts with other institutions, organizations and enterprises for providing works in the information security sphere; – be able to certify (based on accounting and investigating) regime territories (zones), places etc. in the conditions of information security procedures with fixing results at the appropriate documents;
– ability of providing legal coverage of information security, predicting and modelling in the social sphere; – ability to demonstrate broad-based knowledge in the international political life and geopolitical situation, be conversant in external and internal politics of Ukraine, know its history and specific of development, understand place and status of Ukraine in the modern world ; – be conversant in the global processes of economic development, world economical connections, integration of Ukraine into the international division of labour system and international information security system; – be able to use professionally-profile knowledge and practical skills for solving practical problems in the branch of information security management.
