Characteristics of the educational program: The educational and professional program is based on fundamental postulates and the results of modern theoretical and applied research in the field of management and, in particular, management of foreign economic activity and focuses on the current specialization "Management of foreign economic activity", within which further professional and scientific career is possible: leader, manager, administrator, specialist, professional in the field of foreign economic activity, teacher of an educational institution. The educational and professional program presents special education and professional training of masters in the specialization "Management of foreign economic activity" with three selective blocks of the professional direction: management of the foreign economic activity, management of international business, management of international tourism. The educational professional program is based on the results of modern applied research of the domestic and foreign labor market in the field of foreign economic activity management, takes into account the peculiarities of the functioning of subjects of foreign economic activity, their actual needs and requirements for specialists in the management of foreign economic activity. Provides for the partial teaching of professionally oriented disciplines in English in the context of modern globalization and integration processes.
Gained competence: -Critically comprehend, select and use the necessary scientific, methodological and analytical tools for management in unpredictable conditions. - Identify problems in the organization and justify methods for solving them. - Justify and manage projects, generate entrepreneurial ideas. - Design effective management systems for organizations. - Plan the activities of the organization in strategic and tactical terms. - Organize and carry out effective communications within the team, with representatives of different professional groups and in an international context; - Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional issues.
- Possess the skills of making, substantiating and ensuring the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, considering the requirements of the current legislation, ethical considerations and social responsibility. - Use specialized software and information systems to solve the problems of managing the organization. - Be able to communicate in professional and scientific circles in the state and foreign languages. - Provide personal professional development and planning of your own time. - Be able to delegate authority and management of an organization (unit). - Be able to plan and implement informational, methodological, material, financial and personnel support of the organization (division). - Establish, develop and balance relationships with stakeholders (exporters, importers, consumers, customs brokerage agencies, government authorities, financial and credit organizations, transport, logistics, insurance, legal organizations) in the process of foreign economic activity. - Research the EU markets, carry out comparative analytical monitoring of competitors, strategically plan, diagnose and improve the competitiveness of the EU. - Provide management support for the sale of products in foreign markets based on the optimal combination of marketing tools. - Organize international commercial operations using modern information and intelligent technologies. - Establish and balance cooperation with state control bodies in the field of non-tariff regulation of foreign economic activity.
- Reporting to specialists and non-specialists of information, ideas, problems, solutions and their own experience in the field of professional activity. - Ability to effectively form a communication strategy.
