Gained competence: - Analyze and explain mental phenomena, identify psychological problems and suggest ways to solve them. - Understand the patterns and features of the development and functioning of mental phenomena in the context of professional tasks. - Search for information from various sources, including using information and communication technologies to solve professional problems. - To substantiate one's own position, to draw independent conclusions based on the results of one's own research and analysis of literature sources. - Select and apply valid and reliable psychodiagnostic tools (tests, questionnaires, projective methods, etc.) of psychological research and technology of psychological assistance. - Formulate the purpose, objectives of the study, have the skills to collect primary material, follow the research procedure.
- To reflect and critically evaluate the reliability of the obtained results of psychological research, to formulate reasoned conclusions. - Present the results of their own research orally / in writing to professionals and non-specialists. - To offer own ways of solving psychological problems and problems in the process of professional activity, to make and argue own decisions on their solution. - Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the social psychology of human communities, the basics of their formation, development and functioning, life, as well as socio-psychological phenomena that occur in society. - Draw up and implement a plan of the consultation process, taking into account the specifics of the request and individual characteristics of the client, to ensure the effectiveness of their own actions. - To compile and implement a program of psychoprophylactic and educational activities, psychological assistance activities in the form of lectures, talks, round tables, games, trainings, etc., in accordance with the requirements of the customer.
- Interact, communicate, be understandable, tolerant of people with other cultural or gender differences. - Effectively perform various roles in the team in the process of solving professional tasks, including demonstrating leadership qualities. - Treat professional self-improvement, training and self-development responsibly. - Know, understand and adhere to the ethical principles of professional activity of a psychologist. - Demonstrate socially responsible and conscious behavior, follow humanistic and democratic values ??in professional and social activities. - Take effective measures to preserve the health (own and the environment) and, if necessary, determine the content of the request for supervision.
