Obtaining knowledge for organization of the educational process in the educational institution with the help of modern pedagogical, information, communication and innovation technologies, the formation of professional and pedagogical mobility; 3. Understanding of tools and strategies related to diagnosing and analyzing the condition of development of state education at a level that allows employment in the specialty, the ability to effectively use theoretical and practical knowledge in practice for organization and implementation of the educational process; 4. Knowledge of the main categories of pedagogical research, principles, methods and stages of pedagogical research; 5. Knowledge and understanding of methodologies for design and modernization of full-time and distance learning systems in accordance with regulatory requirements of current standards and specifications.
1. To apply the acquired knowledge and understanding to identify, formulate and solve pedagogical and research problems, using known methods; 2. To combine theory and practice, as well as to make decisions and develop a strategy for solving pedagogical tasks and problems, taking into account universal values, social, state interests and the interests of the individual; 3. Critically evaluate the results of activities and reasonably defend the decisions made; 4. To work effectively in a team and independently; 5. Effectively combine information and pedagogical technologies in the educational process.
