Characteristics of the educational program: Educational and vocational training program is based on the known positions and results of modern research in applied physics and application of nanomaterials and focuses on current specializations, in which possible future professional and academic career.
Програмні результати навчання: - knowledge of modern methods of physical research of nanomaterials and nanostructures, modern problems of physics of nanotechnologies and nanoscale structures; - knowledge of technical characteristics of standard and non-standard measuring systems, knowledge of the methodology of the physical experiment; - knowledge of the main technological processes of synthesis of nanostructures and physical methods of quality control; - knowledge of modern achievements of innovative technologies in the field of applied physics and nanomaterials; - understanding the impact of technical achievements in nanomaterials science and unconventional energy in the societal, economic, social, and environmental context; - knowledge of the basics of economics and the functioning of the enterprise production and research direction; - knowledge of the main methods of reducing energy consumption and the feasibility of using non-traditional energy sources in the developed schemes and structures; - knowledge of the physical nature of impedance for various systems and processes, methods and techniques of impedance research; - knowledge of the peculiarities of physical processes and phenomena in quantum wells, wires, dots, superlattices, methods of practical use of these nanosystems; - knowledge of the theory and practice of nanoobjects in various fields of instrumentation. - knowledge of modern methods of physical research of nanomaterials and nanostructures, modern problems of physics of nanotechnologies and nanoscale structures; - knowledge of technical characteristics of standard and non-standard measuring systems, knowledge of the methodology of the physical experiment; - knowledge of the main technological processes of synthesis of nanostructures and physical methods of quality control; - knowledge of modern achievements of innovative technologies in the field of applied physics and nanomaterials; - understanding the impact of technical achievements in nanomaterials science and unconventional energy in the societal, economic, social, and environmental context; - knowledge of the basics of economics and the functioning of the enterprise production and research direction; - knowledge of the main methods of reducing energy consumption and the feasibility of using non-traditional energy sources in the developed schemes and structures; - knowledge of the physical nature of impedance for various systems and processes, methods and techniques of impedance research; - knowledge of the peculiarities of physical processes and phenomena in quantum wells, wires, dots, superlattices, methods of practical use of these nanosystems; - knowledge of the theory and practice of nanoobjects in various fields of instrumentation. - the communication skill, including oral and written communication in Ukrainian and foreign languages (English, German, Polish, Italian, French or Spanish); - the ability to use a variety of methods, including modern information technology for effective communication at the professional and social levels.
