Qualification requirements and regulations, including graduation requirements: Total studying program completion, pre-diploma practice according to bachelor's qualification thesis topic and bachelor's qualification thesis defence.
Characteristics of the educational program: The educational-professional program is based on well-known positions and results of modern research on information systems and technologies. The emphasis is placed on the competences for the creation of information and communication systems in various fields of human activity of the national economy and the production and use of intelligent information technologies of information and communication systems.
Gained competence: 1. Knowledge and understanding of the scientific and mathematical principles underlying information systems and technologies; 2. Apply knowledge of general technical professional disciplines, use the acquired knowledge of professionally-oriented disciplines; 3. Conduct a systematic analysis of design objects and justify the choice of structure, algorithms and methods of information transmission in information and communication systems and networks; 4. Argue the choice of software and hardware for the creation of information and communication systems based on the analysis of their properties, purpose and technical characteristics, taking into account the requirements for the system and operating conditions for their further operation and administration; 5. Ability to demonstrate knowledge of the current level and the latest information and communication technologies in order to implement them in professional activities; 6. Be able to justify the choice of technical structure and develop appropriate software that is part of information and communication systems; 7. Ability to participate in the design of information and communication systems, have basic knowledge of the content and rules of design materials, know the composition and sequence of design work, taking into account the requirements of relevant legal documents; 8. Ability to demonstrate knowledge and practical skills of programming and use of applied and specialized computer systems and environments to solve design problems; 9. Ability to understand and take into account social, environmental, ethical, economic aspects, requirements of labor protection, industrial sanitation, fire safety and existing standards in the formation of technical tasks and solutions; 10. Demonstrate the ability to develop a feasibility study for the development of information and communication systems and be able to assess the economic efficiency of their implementation.
1. Apply knowledge of information technology and systems to identify, formulate and solve technical problems in various fields; 2. Apply knowledge and understanding of information technology to solve problems of classification, development, deployment and operation of various information systems and their components; 3. Apply knowledge of technical parameters, design features, purpose and rules of operation of equipment and components of information and communication systems, the action of solving technical problems in the specialty; 4. Ability to calculate, design, construct, research, operate and set up information systems for monitoring and management of various objects; 5. Ability to use architectural solutions in the design of systems; 6. Ability to apply information technology in information systems development; 7. Ability to prepare and coordinate documentation on information technology quality management; 8. Ability to analyze the objects of implementation of information technology and features of their use in applied areas; 9. Search for information, plan and perform appropriate experimental research and apply research skills on professional topics.
1. Ability to communicate, including oral and written communication in Ukrainian and foreign (English) languages; 2. Ability to use a variety of modern information technology techniques for effective communication at the professional and social levels.
