Characteristics of the educational program: The educational-professional program is based on well-known positions and results of modern research on information systems and technologies. The emphasis is placed on the competences for the creation of information and communication systems in various fields of human activity of the national economy and the production and use of intelligent information technologies of information and communication systems.
Програмні результати навчання: - Knowledge of mathematical, in particular, algorithmic methods and understanding of fundamental laws in the natural sciences, terminology, standards and principles of responsible teamwork on projects in the field of information systems and networks. - Analytical abilities regarding the object of designing or functioning and its subject area. - Understanding of the principles and practical approaches to the analysis, synthesis and optimization of information systems and technologies using mathematical models and methods. - Ability to manage and use modern information and communication systems and technologies (including those based on the use of the Internet). - Ability to carry out computational experiments, compare the results of experimental data and obtained solutions. - Ability to apply methods and means of modern information technology for design, development and deployment of applied information systems in various fields. - Knowledge of modern low and high level programming languages, architecture of hardware computing tools, software platforms and programming technologies. - Knowledge of mathematical, in particular, algorithmic methods and understanding of fundamental laws in the natural sciences, terminology, standards and principles of responsible teamwork on projects in the field of information systems and networks. - Analytical abilities regarding the object of designing or functioning and its subject area. - Understanding of the principles and practical approaches to the analysis, synthesis and optimization of information systems and technologies using mathematical models and methods. - Ability to manage and use modern information and communication systems and technologies (including those based on the use of the Internet). - Ability to carry out computational experiments, compare the results of experimental data and obtained solutions. - Ability to apply methods and means of modern information technology for design, development and deployment of applied information systems in various fields. - Knowledge of modern low and high level programming languages, architecture of hardware computing tools, software platforms and programming technologies. - Ability to assess and take into account economic, social, technological and environmental factors at all stages of the lifecycle of infocommunication systems. - Ability to manage the quality of products and services of information systems and technologies during their life cycle. - Ability to develop business decisions and evaluate new technological proposals.- Ability to form new competitive ideas and implement them in projects (start ups). - Implementation of system analysis of the architecture of the enterprise and its IT infrastructure, the development and improvement of its elemental framework and structure. - Ability to professionally argue the choice of software and hardware for the creation of information systems and technologies based on the analysis of their properties, designation and specifications, taking into account system requirements and operating conditions; to have skills of debugging and testing of software and technical means of information systems and technologies. - Ability to communicate, including oral and written communication in Ukrainian and foreign (English) languages; - Ability to use a variety of modern information technology techniques for effective communication at the professional and social levels.
