Qualification requirements and regulations, including graduation requirements: The full implementation of educational program.
Gained competence: 1. Knowledge of building principles of radio electronic systems (RES) by their purpose, namely, radars, radio-navigation systems and information transmission systems. 2. Knowledge of the principles of system engineering design, knowledge of the basis of calculation and design of the structure of RES and devices, which make up them. 3. Knowledge of test methods, experimental and theoretical research of separate nodes and devices, and RES in general. 4. Knowledge in the field of computer science and modern information technologies; skills of using software tools, creation of databases and use of Internet resources; skills of work in computer networks. 5. Knowledge of the basic principles of operation and creation technology of modern multimedia products. 6. Knowledge of principles of design and operation, theory and methods of designing modern security devices and systems. 7. Knowledge of properties and basic parameters of means of detection, which are based on different physical principles. 8. Knowledge of physical principles of operation of radio electronic devices and information security systems. 9. Knowledge of the main ways of increasing the safety of radio electronic devices and information protection system in general. 10. Knowledge of telecommunication networks planning and designing methodology and ability to apply it for tasks design. Knowledge of basic methods and methods of calculations, necessary for telecommunication networks planning and designing.
1. Ability to perform calculations of radio systems for various purposes with specified functions, select components and means of electronic equipment for their development. 2. Ability to test radio systems and study their properties. 3. Ability to use the means of computer-aided design systems, the ability to analyze scientific and technical literature, including in foreign languages, on the status, trends and development of electronic technology and RES. 4. Ability to process text, graphics, audio data using specialized computer programs. 5. Ability to combine different types of data in one multimedia product with interactive management to solve practical problems. 6. Ability to develop security devices and systems according to specifications and other legal documents. 7. Ability to select the optimal means of detection for the given configuration of the object of protection, make calculations of sensitive zones and experimental research of security devices and systems. 8. The ability to analyze information signals caused by violations of the information security system. 9. Ability to calculate individual nodes and blocks of the information security system, before calculating the time of system operation with unauthorized access to limited information. 10. Ability to define technical task to the project of telecommunication network on the basis of analysis of needs and customer requirements, to plan logical structure of telecommunication network, and on its base physical structure of the network and define technical requirements to its components.
