Specific admission requirements: Admission rules for postgraduate study set requirements for admission, taking into account the features of SNP. Entrants must provide scientific papers with topics (content) that are relevant to the features of the SNP. These works include the rules: scientific works and patents for inventions (copyright certificates of inventions) / in the absence of scientific works and patents, abstracts. The entrance exams are conducted on the basis of the entrance examination programs, the content of which takes into account the features of the SNP. These programs are published on the University's website three weeks before the start of the introductory campaign, are reviewed annually and updated as needed. This is done centrally on the order of the Rector before the entrance company. These committees include Candidates of Science (PhD) and Doctor of Science (PhD) who carry out scientific research in their respective specialty and are responsible for the implementation of SNP training for PhD students.
Qualification requirements and regulations, including graduation requirements: At least twice a year, graduate students report at the department meeting on the implementation of the individual plan and scientific and educational program. Reports are heard at meetings (scientific seminars) of departments in May-June of each academic year (staged control). The results of the graduate students' implementation of the work plans are considered at the meeting of the academic council of the institute. By June 20, based on the results of the phased control, graduate students submit a short report and excerpts from the minutes of the meeting of the department and the scientific institute on the results of the implementation of the detailed work plan of the current year of study to the department of doctoral and postgraduate studies. Every year in May-June, the institutes conduct certification of graduate students. Characteristics of the educational program: The educational and scientific program is based on the fundamental axioms and concepts of law and the results of modern scientific research. It is aimed at the development of theoretical-methodological and methodological-utilitarian foundations of law with an emphasis on the latest trends in the development of legal matter, which deepens the professional scientific worldview and provides a basis for conducting scientific research and further professional and scientific activities .

Show the fundamental knowledge acquired in the course of training within the chosen specialization regarding the theoretical foundations of the constituent elements of law, their legal nature, the foundations of methodology, functions, principles, structure, forms of implementation KN2. Reproduce in-depth knowledge within the limits of specialization regarding the evolution of thought about individual elements of the legal system with the designation of innovations and modernization. KN3. To determine the legal issues of the practical situation, to critically consider the existing conditions, to outline the existing circles of legal relations. KN4. Demonstrate knowledge of professional approaches, the basics of practical methods of legal work within the chosen specialization in law. KN5. Describe knowledge about the structural elements of individual components of law at the international, state, local, and local levels. Skill (SK) SK1. Collect, process and analyze a significant amount of information about the structural elements of the legal system within the chosen specialization SK2. Evaluate and analyze practical legal issues and practical legal situations, offer options for building arguments. SK3. Organize and carry out the development of strategies and tactics for proving and refuting the chosen legal positions of subjects legal relationship SK4. Proficiency in a foreign language (in a specialized field) at a sufficient level for the possibility of a comprehensive presentation of a legal problem within the chosen specialization. Communication (COM) COM1. Cooperate with specialists of other fields in the development and implementation of the necessary acts of application of the law, legal and procedural documents. COM2. Organize and conduct professional discussions in the field of individual branches of law, their constituent elements. COM3. Participate in professional discussions on the problems of certain branches of law, law-making, law enforcement, respect opponents and their point of view. COM4. Convey information, ideas, problems, solutions and own experience on current legal issues to specialists and the general public. COM5. The ability to use modern information and communication tools and technologies to ensure effective scientific and professional communications. Autonomy and responsibility (A&R) A&R1. Professionally defend and represent the interests of clients in various legal situations in courts, prosecutor's offices, notary authorities, police, state authorities, local self-government, diplomatic missions, before individuals and legal entities, regardless of organizational and legal form and subordination. A&R2. Demonstrate the ability for further scientific research with a high level of autonomy (formulate own author's conclusions, proposals and recommendations. A&R3. The ability to realize and bear personal responsibility for the obtained scientific results of research A&R4. Evaluate the results of one's own professional work and be responsible for personal professional development. A&R5. Make independent decisions based on acquired fundamental knowledge in various legal situations, form legal conclusions, legal position, be a leader, be responsible for teamwork .

Other program features: The educational and scientific program covers a wide range of modern innovative vectors of the development of the theory and practice of law, which forms a theoretical and applied basis for conducting scientific and legal research based on an interdisciplinary approach, therefore it is designed for students with other professional (higher) education.
