Characteristics of the educational program: The educational and scientific program is based on well-known statements and results of modern scientific researches on planetary and physical geodesy, space monitoring of the Earth, cartography, geospatial modeling, geophysics, geodynamics, meteorology and climatology and is oriented on further both professional and scientific career. It is aimed at the development of both theoretical and methodological and methodological and applied base for monitoring the Earth's surface and its atmosphere, geomatics with the accentuation of the latest technologies and trends of topogeodetic and cartographic activity, which deepens the professional scientific outlook and provides the basis for further scientific research.

Ability to argue the choice of methods for solving specialized tasks, critically evaluate the results obtained and defend the decisions made, 3. Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of the scientific and mathematical principles underlying the Earth sciences, 4. Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of professionally oriented disciplines of the specialty, 5. Ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of national and foreign scientific achievements and theoretical and applied foundations in at least one area of ??Earth sciences: geodesy, cartography, geophysics, geodynamics, meteorology and climatology, 6. Ability to demonstrate current state of the art and advanced technology, and skills in conducting experiments, collecting data, modeling and analyzing the results obtained in Earth sciences, 1.
