Gained competence: 1. ability to demonstrate systematic knowledge of modern research methods in the field of computer science and information technology; 2. ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge in the chosen field of research; 3. the ability to demonstrate an understanding of the impact of technical solutions in the social, economic and social context; 4. ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the philosophical methodology of scientific knowledge, psychological and pedagogical aspects of professional and scientific activities, own scientific worldview and moral and cultural values. 5. Ability to demonstrate sufficient knowledge of English, necessary for oral and written presentation of research results, professional scientific dialogue, full understanding of English scientific texts.
1. Apply the knowledge gained in various subject areas to formulate and justify new theoretical positions and practical recommendations in a particular area of research. 2. Integrate and apply the acquired knowledge from different interdisciplinary areas in the process of solving theoretical and applied problems in a specific area of research. 3. To choose and apply the methodology and tools of scientific research in the implementation of theoretical and empirical research in the field of computer science and information technology. 4. Conduct research and carry out research projects on the basis of identification of current scientific problems, definition of goals and objectives, formation and critical analysis of the information base, substantiation and commercialization of research results, formulation of author's conclusions and proposals. 5. Independently perform experimental research and apply research skills. 6. Argue the choice of methods for solving scientific and applied problems, critically evaluate the results and defend the decisions made
1. Ability to communicate in business scientific and professional language, to apply different speech styles, methods and techniques of communication, to demonstrate a wide scientific and professional vocabulary. 2. Ability to present and discuss the results obtained and transfer the acquired knowledge.
Academic mobility: Based on bilateral agreements between Lviv Polytechnic NU and technical universities of Ukraine. Within the framework of the EU Erasmus + program based on bilateral agreements between Lviv Polytechnic NU and partner institutions.
