Characteristics of the educational program: The educational program has an interdisciplinary nature, as it involves the formation of a set of competencies in the field of economics, sociology, demography and management. The program is based on the fundamental postulates and results of modern theoretical and applied research in the field of social development management, in particular, social economy, analytics and management, and orients the student to current specialization, within which further professional and scientific career is possible: employment, economist-demographer, employment specialist (headhunter), manager (manager) in the social sphere, manager (manager) of a public health organization, manager (manager) of insurance.

Justify management decisions for the effective development of economic entities, taking into account the goals, resources, constraints and risks.
Assess possible risks, socio-economic consequences of management decisions.
Develop scenarios and strategies for the development of socio-economic systems.
Organize the development and implementation of socio-economic projects taking into account information, methodological, material, financial and personnel support.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of theoretical and applied principles of social economy and policy, methodology and tools of demographic and social research, basics and technologies of management decision making, resource management, theoretical foundations and methods of quality management, applied principles of strategic management and strategic planning.
Identify priority areas for diagnosis and development of regional labor markets.
Use regulations in the field of social economy and management.
To substantiate modern tendencies of formation and transformation of social and labor relations in global, national, regional and local dimensions.
To form knowledge clusters in order to solve intersectoral problems of management in the social sphere.
Apply in-depth knowledge in the field of organizing and supporting social entrepreneurship projects, including on the basis of crowdfunding and fundraising.
Identify and justify the priority areas of social development at different levels.
Critically analyze economic processes and phenomena in the context of their impact on the social development of man and society.
Identify and justify the causal links of processes to prevent social risks and threats to the national interests of Ukraine.
Critically analyze and improve organizational, legal, financial and economic, material and technical aspects of social and labor relations.
Design areas for the development of social systems at the national, regional, local and organizational levels.
Analyze and develop strategic plans for territorsfldevelopment.
Occupational profiles of graduates: Jobs in various fields of economics and social development management (public administration and local self-government, education, health care, labor market infrastructure) in the following positions: analyst in the field of professional employment, economist-demographer, employment specialist (headhunter), manager (manager) in the social sphere, manager (manager) of the public health organization, manager (manager) of insurance.
