Characteristics of the educational program: The educational and professional program is based on modern methodological approaches in design education and the results of modern scientific research in the field of design. Emphasis on competencies aimed at deepening theoretical knowledge and improving practical skills in the design of subject-spatial environment and visual communications.
Specialized education and in-depth professional training in the field of environmental design, in particular training of graduates capable of analysis, forecasting, and decision-making in the development and implementation of complex design projects.
Програмні результати навчання: PRN1. To generate ideas for the development of creative design proposals, to build a high-quality and extensive communication system, to apply the world's leading concepts of visual communication in the artistic and cultural spheres.
PRN2. Develop a scientifically based concept for solving a professional problem, be able to present it and convincingly defend it.
PRN3. Choose a certain model of behavior when communicating with representatives of other professional groups of different levels, based on generally recognized ethical norms and values.
PRN4. To present the results of activities in the scientific and professional environment in Ukraine and beyond.
PRN5. Develop, shape and control the main stages of project implementation.
PRN6. Form project components within project concepts; to possess artistic and artistic forms of social responsibility.
PRN7. Critically consider theories, principles, methods and concepts from various subject areas to solve tasks and problems in the field of design, and be able to creatively combine them to solve one's creative problem.
PRN8. Carry out a pre-design analysis taking into account all important factors affecting the design object
PRN9. Apply modern methods of conceptual design and carry out the design process taking into account modern technologies and constructive solutions, as well as functional and aesthetic requirements for the design object.
PRN10. Critically work out the artistic and design work of Ukrainian and foreign specialists, apply modern methods and technologies of scientific analysis for the formation of the author's concept, the search for the Ukrainian national style.
PRN11. Determine the aesthetic problems of design schools and directions, taking into account the genesis of the modern artistic process in design; have a synthetic idea about the history of the formation of modern visual culture.
PRN12. Possess basic methods of intellectual property protection; apply the rules of registration of intellectual property rights.
PRN13. Choose optimal methods of teaching the material to the student audience within the limits of professional competencies; to be able to program, organize and implement educational and methodological support of professional disciplines.
PRN14. Apply innovative methods and technologies of working with material (according to specializations).
PRN15. Present the conceptual solution of design objects using the latest technologies, and apply the techniques of graphic presentation when solving artistic and design tasks (according to specializations).
PRN16. Form a design-marketing strategy for positioning and promotion of design products (goods and services) in the domestic and global markets.
PRN17. Manage the design product development process (goods and services) at various stages of branding and rebranding (by specialization).

Other program features: The educational program is aimed at ensuring the training of highly qualified specialists in the field of design, and the student-centeredness of the program is realized through the presence of two elective blocks.
Block 0101: Design of subject environment
The program improves promising directions for the creation of a subject-spatial environment based on ecological and inclusive approaches in design, combined with advanced theoretical developments in the field of design, which are considered in the context of general cultural values and contribute to the formation of national self-identification and creative self-expression.
Block 0102: Design of visual communications
The program improves promising directions in the field of graphic design, applying historical creative experience, and successful Ukrainian and foreign artistic practices with the use of the latest technologies and advanced world theoretical developments.
