To search for the necessary information on chemical technology, processes and equipment for the chemical substances and based materials manufacturing, to systematize, analyze and evaluate relevant information. 3. To organize your work and the team in the conditions of industrial production, project divisions, research laboratories, to determine targeted and effective ways to achieve them, to motivate and train personnel. 4. To assess the technical and economic characteristics of the results of scientific research, research and development, technologies and equipment of chemical industries. 5. To communicate fluently, verbally, and in writing in the national and foreign languages to discuss and present the professional activities, research and projects results 6. To develop and implement chemical technology and related interdisciplinary projects, taking into account social, economic, environmental and legal aspects. 7. To search in the scientific and technical literature, patents, databases, and other sources for the necessary information on chemical technology, processes, and chemical equipment for the chemical substances and based materials manufacturing, to systematize, analyze, and evaluate the relevant information. 8. Clear and unambiguous presentation of one's own knowledge, conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists, in particular, to students. 9. Management of practice or learning processes that are complex, unpredictable and require new strategic approaches. 10. Responsibility for contributing to professional knowledge and practice and/or evaluating the results of team and collective activities. 11.
