Qualification requirements and regulations, including graduation requirements: The full implementation of the curriculum, the qualification exam, the pre-graduation practice according to sudject of master qualification work and defense of master qualification work.
Characteristics of the educational program: Object of study and / or activity: modern economic processes and phenomena, scientific methods of normative, quantitative and institutional analysis, tools for the formation of international, national, regional, sectoral economic policy and business economics. Objectives of training: training of highly qualified professionals in economics who have modern economic thinking, theoretical knowledge and applied skills, able to solve innovative and managerial problems of economic systems, personnel management and labor economics. Theoretical content of the subject area: general laws and trends of economic development, motivation and behavior of market participants; theories of micro-, macro- and international economics; modern quantitative methods of analysis of economic processes; institutional and interdisciplinary analysis; patterns of modern socio-economic processes; theories of economic management for different production systems and sectors of the economy. Methods, techniques and technologies: general scientific and specific methods of cognition and research; mathematical, statistical, qualitative methods of economic analysis; sociological, expert evaluation, questionnaires; economic and mathematical modeling, forecasting; information and communication technologies, special software; research methods and presentation of research results. Tools and equipment: modern information and communication equipment, information systems and software products used in economic activities.
Gained competence: - to formulate, analyze and synthesize solutions to scientific and practical problems. - to develop, substantiate and make effective decisions on the development of socio-economic systems and management of economic entities. - to communicate freely on professional and scientific issues in state and foreign languages ??orally and in writing. - to develop socio-economic projects and a system of complex actions for their implementation, taking into account their goals, expected socio-economic consequences, risks, legislative, resource and other constraints. - adhere to the principles of academic integrity. - evaluate the results of their own work, demonstrate leadership skills and ability to manage staff and work in a team. - to choose effective methods of management of economic activity, to substantiate the offered decisions on the basis of relevant data and scientific and applied researches. - select, process and analyze statistical data, scientific and analytical materials needed to solve complex economic problems.
- make effective decisions under uncertain conditions and requirements that require the application of new approaches, methods and tools of socio-economic research. - apply modern information technologies and specialized software in socio-economic research and management of socio-economic systems. - identify and critically assess the state and trends of socio-economic development, form and analyze models of economic systems and processes. - substantiate management decisions on the effective development of economic entities, taking into account the goals, resources, constraints and risks. - assess possible risks, socio-economic consequences of management decisions. - to develop scenarios and strategies for the development of socio-economic systems. - to organize the development and implementation of socio-economic projects taking into account information, methodological, material, financial and personnel support. - to develop models and mechanisms of integration of structural subdivisions of enterprises on the basis of intellectualization of management, to introduce methods of estimation of process of intellectualization of enterprises on such hierarchical steps: intercorporate; enterprises; levels of government; management systems; subdivision; management models in general. - to apply the tools of rating evaluation of the effectiveness of intellectualization of management systems and modeling of growth mechanisms of personal-team intellectual-knowledge assets of business entities. - to model innovation systems and processes, to organize basic protection of intellectual property in the implementation of innovation policy, to know ways to attract financial resources from external sources for innovation, to form project teams and use tools to control innovation. Line 1. Personnel management and labor economics - to improve the knowledge management system of the organization in the development of intellectual society and knowledge economy. - to form a favorable socio-psychological climate in the organization. - develop and implement an effective talent management system in the organization. Line 2. Socio-behavioral economy - to improve the model of effective behavior of staff in different conditions and analyze sociometric maps of interpersonal and professional relationships of staff. - to provide professional activity, subjectivity, creative attitude to the profession and personal development, which contributes to the effective solution of professional problems. - to develop socio-economic justification of management decisions.
