Characteristics of the educational program: Emphasis is placed on the formation of universal professional knowledge, analytical, communicative, organizational skills of integrative problem solving, which is achieved through the taxonomy of educational goals in the field of finance, banking, and insurance. The educational and professional program has four practical lines: corporate finance, public finance, finance and credit, international finance.

To use the fundamental laws of development of finance, banking, and insurance in combination with research and management tools for the implementation of professional and scientific activities. 2. To know the basic concepts and methodologies of scientific knowledge in the fields of finance, banking, and insurance at the level of the latest achievements. 3. To adapt and modify existing scientific approaches and methods to specific situations of professional activity. 4. Search, process, systematize, and analyze information necessary for solving professional and scientific tasks in the fields of finance, banking, and insurance. 5. Communicate freely in a foreign language orally and in writing on professional and scientific issues, and present and discuss research results. 6. It is accessible and well-argued to present the results of research orally and in writing, to participate in professional discussions. 7. To solve ethical dilemmas based on legal norms, ethical principles, and universal human values 8. To be able to apply and manage innovative approaches in finance, banking, and insurance. 9. To apply managerial skills in finance, banking, and insurance. 10. Carry out diagnostics and modeling of financial activities of economic entities. 11. To apply in-depth knowledge in the field of financial, banking, and insurance management to make decisions. 12. To substantiate the choice of options for management decisions in the field of finance, banking, and insurance and to evaluate their effectiveness taking into account the goals, existing restrictions, and legislative and ethical aspects. 13. To assess the degree of complexity of tasks when planning activities and processing their results. 14. To apply conceptual knowledge of the methodology of researching problems of financial relations at enterprises, organizations, and institutions. 15. To substantiate directions for improving the financial and tax policy of the state, financial and non-financial corporations. 16. To choose methods of adaptation and areas of use of international standards and norms of practical activity of a professional in the field of finance. 17. To use tools and technologies of modern management in the management of financial and non-financial institutions (financial controlling, budgeting, tax monitoring, rehabilitation, optimization of business processes). 18. To carry out general, financial, tax, and operational due diligence within the framework of the activities of financial and non-financial corporations. 19. To use information systems of state financial bodies and corporate information systems, electronic systems for transferring banking information, interbank, and other payment systems. 20. To choose and apply economic and mathematical methods and models and determine the advantages of their practical application in the activities of financial and non-financial corporations.

Other program features: The program is comprehensive, manifested in the training of professionals in key areas of the financial system. At the choice of applicants, some educational components are taught in a foreign (English) language. The program has a pronounced practical orientation, which is manifested in the presence of laboratory work, mandatory individual applied tasks in the implementation of course projects, and the requirements for qualification work.
