Characteristics of the educational program: Masters in the specialty “Management” acquire in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge, abilities and skills in management, master the general principles of the methodology of scientific and professional activities, and acquire other competences necessary for constructive solutions of complex problems and effective implementation of tasks of innovative nature in their professional activities in the conditions of uncertainty. The educational and professional masters program in the specialty “Management and administration (by economic activities)” is based on the fundamental postulates and results of present-day research in the area of management and business administration, business economics, infrastructure of small and medium business, marketing management in small and medium business, tax management, forecasting economic processes, information systems and technology in the management of the organization, e-commerce, socionics, personnel management in e-business, supply management in e-business, technology of leadership in the organization, conflict management, HR – strategy of the enterprise, personnel motivation, knowledge and talent management. Masters in the specialty “Management of organization and administration (by economic activities)” receive a set of knowledge, abilities and skills sufficient to manage entities in the public and private sectors of the economy in management positions of companies and organizations of various organizational-and-legal forms and economic activities, business entities and their structural sub-divisions, a wide range of processes and operations in the area of management and administration, as well as in higher education establishments occupying positions of high school teachers.
Програмні результати навчання: - knowledge of the mechanism of detecting values and value orientations of the person and managing them applying innovative personnel technologies; - knowledge of methods, techniques, technologies involved, advanced schools of management in the area of training managers of HR services and behavior management personnel; - ability to integrate and implement the obtained theoretical knowledge for solving management problems in the area of managing organizations of different types of economic activities; - ability to develop strategic, tactical and operational plans for current activities, plans for providing resources of all kinds, business plans and monitor their implementation; - ability to carry out rational organization of own work and the work of subordinate persons, to distribute powers, to use effective systems of motivation and remuneration, to maintain an organizational culture and to ensure the implementation of management decisions; - ability to apply management techniques to form business relationships of a business entity with state, private and public institutions that provide serves to it; ability to optimally apply resources of business entities and organizations that ensure organizational, technical, informational, analytical, financial and credit services for business; - ability to apply knowledge for substantiating and selecting methods and instruments of fiscal management in the area of administrating tax liabilities of the enterprise that are characteristic under the conditions of the tax system of Ukraine; - ability to approve substantiated strategic marketing solutions, combine various economic and mathematical methods and models for planning, organizing and evaluating results of economic activities of enterprises and organizations; - ability to use situational / systematic approach to finding and developing creative and talented employees; - ability to use skills of a group potential; possession of knowledge about innovative techniques of human resource management of the organization; - ability to use methods of forming a stable highly qualified personnel; assessment of the state of the turnover rate of personnel; development and implementation of measures to improve the stability of the personnel and the personnel mobility management in organizations; - ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of fundamentals and present-day trends in the development of strategic, project and financial management; - ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge in the area of the formation and development of a business career and professional ethics; - ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of present-day problems of social development; - ability to demonstrate basic knowledge of methodology and tools for scientific research; - ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of classical and present-day approaches to management of organizations and administration (by kinds of economic activities), principles, laws, technologies, methods of management of organizations, decision-making processes, leadership and management styles, peculiarities of conflict resolution in the process of solving problems of professional activities; - ability to use professionally profiled knowledge and practical abilities in management, marketing, finance, logistics, economics to effectively manage business entities under the conditions of the market economy; - ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of legal-and-regulatory support of activities of organizations with various kinds of economic activities and its legal regulation and liability; - ability to provide insight into the nature of the socio-economic phenomena and processes of business activities of organizations, to assess the impact of external factors and trends in the global economy on economic processes, to have a holistic view of the system of the development of the organization, to analyze and use historical experience in solving topical problems of the national economy.
