Characteristics of the educational program: The educational-professional program "Business Administration" is based on the results of modern applied research of the domestic and foreign labor market in the field of business administration and takes into account its current requirements and needs. Provides partial teaching of professionally-oriented disciplines in English in the context of modern globalization and integration processes.
Програмні результати навчання: 1. Specialized conceptual knowledge acquired in the process of learning and/or professional activity at the level of achievement, which is the basis for original thinking and innovative activity, in particular in the context of research work;
2. Critical understanding of problems in education and/or professional activity and in interdisciplinary fields;
3. In-depth knowledge of the classical and modern theoretical-methodological and methodological-applied basis of managing the activities of domestic and international business structures.
4. Critically consider, choose and use the necessary scientific, methodical and analytical tools for management in unpredictable conditions;
5. The ability to identify problems in the organization and justify the methods of solving them;
6. Ability to design effective management systems of organizations;
7. Ability to substantiate and manage projects, generate business ideas;
8. Ability to plan the organization's activities in strategic and tactical sections;
9. Have the skills to make, substantiate and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of current legislation, ethical considerations and social responsibility;
10. Ability to organize and carry out effective communications within the team, with representatives of various professional groups and in an international context;
11. Ability to use specialized software and information systems to solve organizational management problems;
12. Ability to communicate in professional and scientific circles in national and foreign languages;
13. The ability to demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional tasks;
14. Ability to ensure personal professional development and planning of own time;
15. Ability to delegate authority and management of the organization (subdivision);
16. Ability to plan and implement informational, methodical, material, financial and personnel support of the organization (subdivision).
17. Clear and unambiguous communication of one's own conclusions, as well as the knowledge and explanations that substantiate them, to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to persons who are studying;
18. Use of foreign languages ??in professional activities.
