Characteristics of the educational program: Masters in “Management” acquire theoretical and practical knowledge and skills, sufficient for successful performing of their professional duties in the management and administration including the specialization "Management of innovation activity".
Educational and professional program is based on the fundamental postulates and modern researches results in the sphere of information systems in innovation activity, management innovation projects, systems analysis, adoption of innovative solutions and strategic management of innovative development, management of investment and venture capital business, communication management and consulting, financial and creative management. Masters of specialization " Management of innovation activity " get knowledge and skills needed for a wide range of administrative tasks for businesses of different areas.
The total scope of the educational program - 90 ECTS credits, incl.: modules of humanitarian and socio-economic cycle - 6 cr., modules of professional and practical training - 84 cr.
Програмні результати навчання: PRN1. Specialized conceptual knowledge acquired in the process of learning and / or professional activity at the level of the latest achievements, which are the basis for original thinking and innovation, in particular in the context of research work;
PRN2. Critical understanding of problems in teaching and / or professional activities and in interdisciplinary fields.
PRN3. Critically comprehend, select and use the necessary scientific, methodological and analytical tools for management in unpredictable conditions;
PRN4. Identify problems in the organization and justify methods for solving them;
PRN5. Design effective management systems for organizations;
PRN6. Substantiate and manage projects, generate business ideas;
PRN7. Plan the activities of the organization in strategic and tactical sections;
PRN8. Have the skills to make, justify and ensure the implementation of management decisions in unpredictable conditions, taking into account the requirements of applicable law, ethical considerations and social responsibility;
PRN9. Organize and carry out effective communications within the team, with representatives of various professional groups and in the international context;
PRN10. Use specialized software and information systems to solve management problems of the organization; PRN11. Be able to communicate in professional and scientific circles in the state and foreign languages;
PRN12. Demonstrate leadership skills and ability to work in a team, interact with people, influence their behavior to solve professional problems;
PRN13. Provide personal professional development and personal time planning;
PRN14. Be able to delegate authority and management of the organization (unit);
PRN15. Be able to plan and implement information, methodological, material, financial and personnel support of the organization (unit).
PRN16. Clear and unambiguous communication of own conclusions, as well as knowledge and explanations that substantiate them, to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to students;
PRN17. Use of foreign languages in professional activities.
PRN18. Decision-making in complex and unpredictable conditions, which requires the application of new approaches and forecasting;
PRN19. Responsibility for the development of professional knowledge and practices, assessment of strategic development of the team;
PRN20. Ability to further study, which is largely autonomous and independent
