Characteristics of the educational program: Based on well-known scientific results. Theoretical content of the subject area is the concept, legal norms, requirements and rules, as well as a complex of organizational, technical and special measures and tools aimed at creating developmental development strategies, occupational safety audit, emergency prevention and changes in production conditions based on the received data.
Програмні результати навчання: РН01 Apply specialized conceptual knowledge that includes modern scientific achievements for solving scientific and applied civil safety tasks. PH02. Effectively manage complex working processes in the field of civil safety, including unpredictable and in need of new strategic approaches, objectively evaluate the results of personnel and collective. PH03. Integrate knowledge from various industries to solve theoretical and / or practical problems and problems in the field of civil safety. PH04. Develop and implement socio-significant projects in the field of civil safety and interdisciplinary projects, taking into account social, economic, technical and legal aspects. PH05. Develop and implement effective measures aimed at regulating and ensuring civil safety. RH06. To determine and analyze possible threats of emergencies, accidents, accident in production and evaluate the possible consequences and risks. PH07. Use modern information and communication technologies, specialized software when solving practical and / or scientific tasks. PH08. To carry out technical and economic calculations of activities in the field of professional activity. RH09. To communicate with a foreign language orally and in writing in the scientific, industrial and socio-social spheres of activity. PH10. To bring professional knowledge, own rationale and conclusions to specialists and general public, have the skills of public speeches, discussions, conducting training classes. PH11. Resolve problems in new or unfamiliar situations in the presence of incomplete or limited information, assess risks, to carry out relevant research. PH12. To determine the indicators and characteristics of products, processes, services for their compliance with standards requirements when solving practical and / or scientific tasks. PH13. Assess the compliance of legal, organizational, technical measures to ensure technogenic safety and safety of labor requirements for legislation during professional activity. PH14. To carry out forecasting, risk assessment during professional activity and capabilities of relevant emergency response units and events. PH15. To analyze and evaluate the state of ensuring civil protection, man-made and industrial safety of objects, buildings, structures, engineering networks.
