Analyze, compare, evaluate information, explain and argue their opinion on issues related to information and communication technologies, including in conditions of incomplete/insufficient information and conflicting requirements. 2. Communicate in a foreign language in scientific, industrial, and social spheres of activity. 3. Explain, assist, discuss tasks, and cooperate with colleagues, end users, or management both in writing and orally. 4. Know the principles of personnel and resource management, basic approaches to decision-making, demonstrate the benefits of professional development, and follow professional ethics. 5. Analyze the status of work in the field of ICT, identify sources of deviations, develop and implement corrective actions, taking into account the characteristics of performers and organizational needs and capabilities. 6. Determine the organization's information and communication technologies needs based on business process analysis. 7. Justify the choice of individual technical and software solutions, taking into account their interaction and potential impact on solving organizational problems, organize their implementation and use. 8. Formulate requirements for the architecture, design, implementation and use of information systems based on the specifics of the organization's functioning. 9. Investigate the various components of organizational architecture (business architecture, information architecture, application systems, technology architecture). 10. Design a service-oriented information architecture of the enterprise in accordance with the organization's needs and information technology's capabilities in the face of increasing complexity, incomplete/insufficient information and conflicting requirements; 11. Develop models of information processes, systems of different classes using methods of modeling, formalization, algorithmization, and implementation of models using modern computer means. 12. Conduct computational experiments using simulation modeling techniques, plan experiments and process their results. 13. Design, organize the implementation, use and support of intelligent information systems of various kinds based on the analysis of organizational needs and capabilities. 14. Develop and use data storage, perform intellectual analysis of unstructured data to support decision-making and forecasting; 15. Develop and implement elements of virtual and augmented reality, the Internet of things, as well as cloud services in the activities of enterprises and organizations. 16. Plan, organize, implement and monitor the implementation of information security systems in the organization, using the concept of information security, database security, network security and cryptographic data protection. 17. Plan and implement projects in the field of implementation of information and communication technologies based on the principles, methods and tools of project management, including flexible project management methods. 18. Ability to formulate functional requirements, design and use multimedia information systems. 19. Ability to manage information risks of the organization based on the concept of information security using database security systems, network security and cryptographic data protection. 20. Ability to apply project management tools, including using agile project management methods 21. Ability to develop and implement data storage, use methods of intellectual analysis of big data to support decision-making in the organization. 22. Ability to communicate, including oral and written communication in Ukrainian and foreign languages (English, German, Italian, French, Spanish). 23. Ability to use various methods, including modern information technologies, to communicate effectively at professional and social levels. 24. Ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions. 25. The ability to realize the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen the acquired and acquire new professional knowledge. 26. The ability to act responsibly to the work performed, to make decisions independently, to achieve the goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics. 27. Ability to demonstrate an understanding of basic environmental principles, occupational safety and health and their application.
