Learning outcomes: The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes: 1. Ability to integrate specialized conceptual knowledge in the field of construction and civil engineering, in combination with compliance with current regulations in the field of architecture and construction, to solve complex engineering problems in accordance with the specialization. 2. Ability to present the results of research activities, prepare scientific publications, participate in scientific discussions at scientific conferences, symposia and carry out pedagogical activities in educational institutions. 3. Ability to conduct a comprehensive marketing research services for examination, calculation, design, construction, reconstruction, maintenance and operation of buildings and structures, to develop and implement effective product, pricing, sales policy of enterprises specializing in MBG. 4. Ability to determine the technical condition of buildings, structures and utilities of the municipal economy with the subsequent development of recommendations for safe operation by the customer. 5. Ability to enter into contracts for the provision of services for the design, inspection and repair of buildings and structures on the basis of existing requirements of international and national contract law. 6. Ability to effectively use the tools and technologies of modern management in the management of public and commercial institutions for the design, installation and operation of MBG systems and their operation in the international market of construction services.

Summary of the subject: The purpose of the discipline: modern technology of wall, finishing and insulating materials and products, the acquisition of a set of knowledge in this field, mastering the advanced organization of production processes and their application in practice. The study of the discipline involves the study of the following sections: Innovations in landscaping near newly built buildings. Landscaping of areas near the reconstructed objects. Innovative technologies of paving slabs. Technology of drainage from adjacent areas of buildings and rainwater. New in the repair work of existing facades. Features of the arrangement of decorative facing materials on the facades of newly built objects. Modern technology of external painting coatings. Basic concepts of hydrophobization. Features and benefits of applying external primers. Thermal and technological requirements for the installation and insulation of facades. Technology of installation of external warming of facades. Technology of installation of single-layer walls of buildings (according to modern thermal requirements). Characteristics of different methods of house insulation. Features of execution of coverings of buildings with warming. Technology of installation of a roofing for the purpose of use of attics. Features of repair of flat roofs. Technology of performance of repair works of flat roofs. Features of insulation of existing roofs. Features of the device of a protective layer on asbestos-cement (slate), tile and metal coverings. Modern color solution (complex) of facades. Modern interior color scheme. Features of performance of internal painting works in the mechanized way. Technology of installation of facing works from gypsum paper sheets. Features (technological) of internal comfort. Features of the device of false ceilings.
