Learning outcomes: The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes:
1. select and design heating systems: water and electric;
2. to pick up a surface of heating devices in heating systems;
3. perform hydraulic calculation of heating systems;
5. determine the technical and economic indicators of the heating system;
6. to carry out heat engineering calculation of enclosing designs at their reconstruction.
Required prior and related subjects: Previous disciplines:
Construction thermophysics; Heat and mass transfer; Heating; Heat supply.
Related and the following disciplines:
Design of heat supply systems;
Design of gas supply systems;
Design of air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
Summary of the subject: As a result of studying the discipline, the student must know how heating systems are classified; what equipment is used in these systems; select schemes of local and central heating systems. Basic equipment of water and electric heating systems; defining systems and basic design features; pipeline material. In the process of teaching the discipline "Design of heating systems" is the study of the basics of heating systems, defining their areas of application, sanitary and hygienic indicators, and teaching students to calculate these systems and instill in them the skills in making design documentation on a real basis.
