Завдання: - the ability to solve problems of a research and/or innovative nature in the field of construction and civil engineering. - the ability to manage complex processes in the field of construction and civil engineering, taking into account the requirements of labor protection and industrial safety during the execution of work. - the ability to use specialized computer programs when solving complex engineering problems in the field of construction and civil engineering.
Learning outcomes: • To design buildings and structures (according to specialization), including using computer design tools. • Make effective project and technical decisions, taking into account the features of the construction object, aspects of social and ethical responsibility, technical and economic justification, determination of the optimal mode of its operation and implementation of resource and energy saving measures. • To apply modern mathematical methods for statistical data analysis, calculation and optimization of design parameters and technological processes of construction of buildings and structures. • To develop measures for labor and environmental protection during research and production activities. • To collect the necessary information using scientific and technical literature, databases and other sources, analyze and evaluate it. • Specialized problem-solving skills required to conduct research and/or conduct innovative activities to develop new knowledge and procedures.

Summary of the subject: The study of the discipline will allow students to master BIM technologies, skills in working with engineering graphics systems, will allow to automate and speed up the process of designing building structures, products and materials. The acquired knowledge will ensure the successful solution of the tasks, as well as the application of information technologies in scientific analysis.
Опис: The study of the discipline will allow students to master the BIM technologies and technologies of inputting, editing data, rules for compiling formulas, using functions and addressing principles in Excel spreadsheets, mastering the basics of creating databases, working with lists and managing relational tables in the Assess database management system. Mastering the skills of working with engineering graphics systems will allow you to automate and speed up the process of designing building structures, products and materials. The acquired knowledge will ensure a wider use of local computer networks and the Internet for the successful solution of tasks, as well as the use of information technologies in scientific analysis
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control: written reports on laboratory work, oral examination (40 points) Final control: exam (written component - 50 points, oral component - 10 points)
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: During the semester, the student carries out problems in class. The student must present the results of the work in class during the semester. Current control is set based on the sum of points received by the student for completing all tasks. Students complete the written component of the examination work in VLE of the University.
