Мета вивчення дисципліни: The design of gas supply systems is one of the main special disciplines required for the preparation of masters in the specialization 192 Heating and gas supply and ventilation, the basis of which is the study of general theoretical, general scientific and special disciplines. The purpose of teaching this discipline is to provide students with in-depth knowledge in the field of designing gas supply systems for settlements and industrial enterprises, in particular, the design features of metal and polyethylene gas pipelines of medium and high pressure, the theoretical foundations of the combustion of gases and gas-air mixtures in stationary and moving flows, technological and design features of gas supply of gasified furnaces, drawing up the heat balance of gasified furnaces. An important goal is also to direct the efforts of future specialists to the implementation of tasks related to the reconstruction of existing enterprises, the saving of fuel and energy resources, and the rational use of combustible gases.
Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation of the necessary in students: Integral competencies The ability to solve problems of a research and/or innovative nature in the field of construction and civil engineering. Special professional competences of a professional direction: SCP 7.1. The ability to direct one's actions to understand the behavior, desires and preferences of consumers and competitors in the design of innovative systems of heat and gas supply and ventilation and modernization of existing engineering systems of buildings and structures The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following learning outcomes: • solve engineering, design, production and research-scientific tasks related to gas supply; • use the acquired theoretical and practical experience to solve specific practical tasks of an engineering nature.
Learning outcomes: RNS 7.2. Apply knowledge to solve typical problems of synthesis and analysis in gas supply systems in the complex of DVT systems. RNS 7.3. To systematically think and apply creative abilities to the formation of fundamentally new ideas in the development of heating and gas supply and ventilation systems. UM 2. Ability to integrate knowledge and solve complex problems in broad or multidisciplinary contexts. KOM 1. Clear and unambiguous presentation of own knowledge, conclusions and arguments to specialists and non-specialists, in particular to persons studying

Summary of the subject: The theoretical foundations of the combustion of combustible gases and the characteristics of the combustion process are described. The classification, design features, technical characteristics and calculations of gas burners are highlighted. The main equipment of gas supply systems of industrial enterprises and the wiring of burners on gasified units are given. The peculiarities of the hydraulic calculation of medium (high) and low pressure annular gas pipelines are considered. Schemes of gas distribution stations, gas regulation points, gas regulation installations of industrial enterprises are given, and the features of their equipment selection are described. Calculation of ejection burners 14 Gasification of industrial enterprises. Classification and design of industrial gas supply systems. 15 Estimated gas consumption and heat balances of gasified units. Automation of gas supply systems.
Assessment methods and criteria: •Methods of controlling the knowledge and skills of the student in studying the discipline include: I. Current control of the acquirer's work: ? Testing; ? Oral survey at practical classes; ? Execution of an individual task (optional) and its protection. 2. Final control: Examination (written and oral component) Written component: ? Tasks of the 1st level - tests; ? Task of the 2nd level - to reveal the meaning of the concept, give a definition; ? Tasks of the 3rd level - individual tasks.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Mandatory types of current control work include: 1. Testing in the National Academy of Sciences of 8 subjects of the academic discipline, which are evaluated at a maximum of 1 point: 8* 1 = 8 points; 2. Completion of 2 individual tasks (option A) according to separate options, each of which is a full-fledged report and is estimated at 12 points for the content, design and timeliness of the presentation of the task and a maximum of 2.5 points for the defense. 3. Completion of an individual task (option B) according to a separate option, which is a full-fledged report on the methodology and methods of scientific research and contains a definition for the hypothetically chosen topic of the master's final qualification work of the following categories: research topic; object and subject of research; complex of methods
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: On the exam, the applicant can get a maximum of 55 points. The exam consists of a written and an oral component. The written component is the examination ticket, which consists of tasks of three levels, evaluated on a separate scale: Level 1 - tests 10 tests* 1 point = 10 points; Level 2 - Define and reveal the essence and content of the phenomenon 2 tasks*5 points = 10 points; Level C - Individual task - 10 points During the oral communication with the teacher of the applicants

Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: In the National Academy of Sciences, grades for individual tasks are given as percentages on a 1-point scale, and then transferred to a 5-point scale according to this scheme. 85-100% = 5 points, 70-84% = 4 points, 55-69% = C points, 40-54% = 2 points, 25-39% = 1 point, 0-24% = O points.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: In the course of study, the applicant must demonstrate active educational activity during the semester and, based on the results of the current control, score from 26 to 45 points.
