Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of the discipline is to learn the essence of the work of constructions of buildings and structures; acquisition of practical skills of technical examination and certification of buildings and structures; acquisition of creative skills in the preparation of documents for inspection and certification of buildings and structures.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: general competences: ZK 4. The ability to produce new ideas, to show creativity, the ability to system thinking; ZK 11. Knowledge and understanding of the subject area and understanding of the profession; professional competences: FC 1. Basic knowledge of fundamental sciences, to the extent necessary for mastering general professional disciplines. FC 2. Basic knowledge in the field of construction and architecture, necessary for mastering professionally oriented disciplines. FC11. Knowledge of modern requirements of regulatory documentation in the field of construction. Professional competences of the specialty of professional direction (KSP)
Learning outcomes: ZN1. Possession of sufficient knowledge in the fields related to the disciplines of PCB, which will allow to critically analyze the situation and identify key trends in the industry; ZN2. Obtaining knowledge for the organization of communication interaction and conflict resolution in the process of formation and implementation of services for the design, installation and operation of buildings and structures, using modern information, communication and innovation technologies; ZN3. Understanding of tools and strategies related to diagnosing and analyzing the state of development of services for design, installation and operation of buildings and structures at a level that will allow employment in the specialty, the ability to effectively use theoretical knowledge in the formation and implementation of services for design, installation and operation of buildings and structures; ZN4. Knowledge and understanding of scientific principles underlying civil and industrial construction, the use of new approaches to the calculation and design of structures, non-traditional and secondary materials, technologies; ЗН5. Knowledge of the basics of professionally oriented disciplines of the specialty 192 "Construction and Civil Engineering": engineering networks and structures, research in construction, professional and civil safety, intellectual property, foreign language for professional purposes, economic evaluation of innovative technologies and design solutions in construction, economics and enterprise management; ZN7. Summary of the subject: The amount of study time for studying the discipline "Technical examination and certification of buildings and structures" is determined by state requirements and is 105 academic hours (3.5 ECTS credits), of which 64 hours are allocated to classroom classes, 41 hours are independent work of students. In the process of mastering the educational material, students perform calculation and graphic work. The form of final control of knowledge is an exam.

Assessment methods and criteria: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control: laboratory - (30 points), together - (30 points); Final control - differentiated filling (70 points), total - 100 points.
