Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the applicant for education must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: need to master: - xisting methods of design and calculation of reinforced concrete and stone structures - the existing regulatory framework of documents in Ukraine and the EU; - existing requirements for the design of construction drawings and explanatory notes. need to be able to: -qualified to apply the acquired knowledge in practice; -analyze regulatory design documentation for buildings and structures for various purposes; -form out the necessary design documentation in accordance with regulatory documents for buildings and structures for various purposes. Evaluate the positive and negative features of different types of prefabricated, monolithic and prefabricated monolithic reinforced concrete structures; perform technical and economic analyzes of different variants of reinforced concrete and stone structures and choose from them the optimum, to calculate elements of concrete and stone structures by the method of states using a computer. As a result of the discipline, the specialist must know: the physical and mechanical properties of concrete, steel bars, reinforced concrete, stone, mortar and walls; basic principles calculation of reinforced concrete and masonry structures on deformable model and boundary conditions; rational design rules kinds of concrete and masonry structures of residential, civil and industrial buildings. Must be able to: evaluate the positive and negative aspects of different types of prefabricated, monolithic and precast-monolithic concrete structures; perform calculations of reinforced concrete and masonry structures by boundary conditions method including computer calculations. general competences: КЗ05. kills in the use of information and communication technologies. КЗ06. Ability to independently acquire knowledge by searching, processing and analyzing information from various oral, written and electronic sources; professional competencies: ФК04. Ability to create and use technical documentation. ФК08. The ability to determine and assess the load and stress-strain state of soil foundations and load-bearing structures of buildings (structures), including using modern information technologies. ФК09. The ability to develop design solutions for construction projects based on knowledge of the nomenclature and design forms, the ability to calculate and design supporting and enclosing building structures. ФК11. Summary of the subject: The main positions of the method of calculation of structures for the boundary conditions. The two groups of boundary conditions. Categories demands to crack resistance of concrete structures. Stages of stress-strain state. Crack and displacement of concrete elements. Calculation of the normal formation of cracks in the elements that are bend, noncentral compressed, noncentral stretched. Calculation of cracking, inclined to the longitudinal axis of the element. Calculation of crack opening width for normal and inclined to the longitudinal axis of the element. Calculation of the crack closing. Curvature axis, stiffness and deflection of concrete elements in the absence and presence of cracks. Stone and reinforced stone design. The general information. Physical and mechanical properties of stone walls. The strength of the stone wall under compression, tensile and cut. Deformability of walls. Calculation of the elements of stone constructions for boundary conditions (central and noncentral compressed elements). Features of design and calculation of reinforced masonry structures (netting reinforcement elements, elements with longitudinal reinforcement). Calculation of the elements of masonry buildings (walls with rigid and elastic design schemes, basement walls, jumpers, rails). Features of the calculation of masonry structures, made in the winter
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control: according to the results of practical classes - 15 points, laboratory work - 15 points. (The amount for the PC - 30 points) Final control: exam (70 points). Total - 100 points.
