Мета вивчення дисципліни: The aim of the discipline is the formation of students' knowledge and skills of the basic principles and approaches to the creation of information and economic models of construction objects at various stages of the life cycle, which provide their economic evaluation, the evaluation of the efficiency of construction production and the efficiency of the activities of construction and assembly organizations.
Завдання: Integral competence The ability to solve problems of a research and/or innovative nature in the field of construction and civil engineering. General competences GC02. Ability to conduct research at an appropriate level. Special professional competences (SC) SC7. The ability to use specialized computer programs when solving complex engineering problems in the field of construction and civil engineering. Special professional competences of a professional direction (SCP) SCP 1.2. The ability to use modern information and computer tools and programs when designing the production of construction structures, products and materials. SCP 1.4. The ability to determine the estimated cost of construction by creating estimate documents, the ability to calculate and analyze technical and economic indicators of construction industry enterprises.
Learning outcomes: Program learning outcomes (LR): LR02. Make effective design and technical decisions, taking into account the features of the construction object, aspects of social and ethical responsibility, technical and economic justification, determination of the optimal mode of its operation and implementation of resource and energy saving measures. LR06. Apply modern mathematical methods to analyze statistical data, calculate and optimize design parameters and technological processes of construction of buildings and structures. Apply the acquired knowledge and understanding to identify, formulate and solve the tasks of the development of the urban economy using known and latest methods; RS 1.2. Use modern information and computer tools and programs when designing objects for the production of construction structures, products and materials. ЗН2. Summary of the subject: The study of the discipline "Information and economic modeling in construction" involves instilling in students knowledge about the possibilities of modern information technologies in the field of construction production, and the skills of using them to determine the cost and economic evaluation of construction objects, for effective planning of production processes and assessment of their resource provision, management of production and economic activity of construction enterprises. The subject of the discipline is the principles and methods of building economic models of enterprise development processes at all stages of the object's life cycle, methods of optimizing economic models of production processes, BIM technology in construction.
Опис: Fundamentals of information technology and systematic approach to design. Classification of modern information technology in the design of construction projects. Special features of the software to calculate the cost of construction projects, taking into account the possibility of replacing the resources, technology and production methods, to development and optimization of construction schedules. The use of software for building information-economic model at all stages of the life cycle of the facility. Information technologies in accounting and auditing. Forming a model of resource management in the production of construction enterprises. The concept, structure and components of the building information model (BIM).
Assessment methods and criteria: • fwritten control work, oral examination (50%) • final control (50% control measure, test), written and oral form (50%).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: The final assessment for the academic discipline consists of an assessment of the results of the current control during the semester and an assessment of the learning results during the control event during the semester control. The assessment of the student's current control is carried out based on the results of the performance and defense of control works. The form of semester control is credit.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
