Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the discipline is to form in young scientists systematic knowledge in the field of entrepreneurship, innovation marketing and technology transfer, the ability to discover new ideas, create innovations and start startups, the ability for social interaction and teamwork, the ability to create public benefit and combine it with personal benefit , to organize the implementation of the main management functions, taking into account the peculiarities of innovative business, to build the process of innovation implementation.
Завдання: general competences: - the ability to produce innovative scientific ideas, to master the methodology of scientific and pedagogical activity, to solve complex problems in the process of innovative research and professional activity, to commercialize original scientific research; - thorough knowledge and understanding of the philosophical methodology of cognition, the key principles of professional ethics, the system of moral and cultural values; - the ability to initiate and conduct original scientific research, identify relevant scientific problems, search for and critically analyze information, produce innovative constructive ideas and apply non-standard approaches to solving complex and atypical tasks; - the ability to demonstrate oratory and rhetorical skills when presenting the results of scientific research, conduct a professional scientific conversation and debate with the wider scientific community and the public in Ukrainian, create scientific texts in written form, organize and conduct training sessions, use progressive information and communication tools; - the ability to be purposeful and persistent, to improve oneself throughout life, to be aware of social and moral responsibility for the obtained scientific results; - the ability to initiate, substantiate and manage actual scientific projects of an innovative nature, to conduct scientific research independently, to interact in a team and to show leadership abilities in the implementation of scientific projects. professional competences: - the ability to develop logical and justified sequences, systems, mechanisms, models, etc. for specific economic objects. - the ability to create public benefit and combine it with one's own benefit. - the ability to organize the implementation of the main management functions, taking into account the peculiarities of innovative business.
Learning outcomes: Program Learning Outcomes: • the ability to produce innovative research ideas, to master the methodology of scientific and educational activities, solve complex problems in the process of innovation, research and professional activities, to commercialize original research; • ability to detect oratorical and rhetorical skills during the presentation of research results, to conduct professional scientific discussion and debate with a broad scientific community and the public in Ukrainian, to generate scientific texts in writing, to organize and conduct training sessions using advanced information and communication tools; • the ability to initiate, justify and manage relevant research projects of innovative character, to conduct research, interact in a team and to show leadership when performing of research projects; • ability to create social benefit and combine it with own interests; • integrate and apply obtained knowledge on various interdisciplinary areas in the process of solving theoretical and applied problems in a particular area of study; • select and apply the methodology and tools of scientific research in the implementation of theoretical and empirical research in academic entrepreneurship.

Summary of the subject: Within the scope of the discipline, the issues of the essence and place of academic entrepreneurship in the market economy, the socio-psychological portrait of an academic entrepreneur, the phenomenon of a startup company, the framework of entrepreneurial competence, managerial aspects of one's own business, building a team and its management, the formation of a promising business idea, the implementation of an idea in value for consumers and interested parties, stages of the business planning process, factors that determine the successful commercialization of technology, resource provision of academic entrepreneurship, performance indicators of an investment decision.
Опис: Introduction to the academic enterprise. Team formation and leadership in academic entrepreneurship. Identifying and assessing market opportunities. Basics of business planning in academic entrepreneurship. The commercialization of technological innovation. The economic fundamentals of starting a business. Fundamentals of investment decisions in academic entrepreneurship. Financial and credit support of entrepreneurship
Assessment methods and criteria: - work in class (70 %) - control work (30 %).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: the readiness of the student of higher education for classes in the following forms: • a selective oral survey before the start of classes; • frontal standardized survey by cards, tests within 5-10 minutes; • frontal verification of homework; • evaluation of the student's activity in the course of classes, submitted proposals, original solutions, clarifications and definitions, additions to previous answers, etc. Control questions are divided into: • a) test tasks – choose the correct answers; • b) problematic – creation of problematic situations; • c) questions-replies - to identify cause-and-effect relationships; • d) situational tasks – to determine the answer according to a certain situation; • e) questions of a reproductive nature - determination of practical significance; • e) interactive quiz and game tasks. The final control is carried out based on the results of the current control and the execution and protection of the control work. Control work for students of full-time higher education involves the preparation of a group project (for 4-5 people) of a crowdfunding campaign for placement in a competition of commercial or social projects. Control work for applicants of higher education in the correspondence form of education involves the preparation of a scheme / canvas of a business model of a social or commercial enterprise that will use the scientific idea of ??a graduate student, using the Lean Canvas or Social Lean Canvas scheme.
