Summary of the subject: The knowledge gained in the process of studying this discipline is based on the key provisions of marketing and management (essence, tasks, types, elements, functions), as well as on modern methods and tools of organization management: ISO provisions, the main elements of business planning and conducting analyzes of the organization's environment , audit of marketing and management activities.
Опис: The subject, purpose, tasks and main problems of multivariate statistical data analysis. Basic conditions for the application of multidimensional analysis in technical and socio-economic research. The main stages of multidimensional statistical modeling.
Types of data. Concept of measurement scale. Types of scales. Quantitative and qualitative data. Peculiarities of the analysis of quantitative and qualitative indicators. Methods of scaling qualitative features.
Methods of multidimensional scaling.
Component analysis. The problem of reducing the dimensionality of the space of variables. Computational methods in principal component analysis.
Assessment methods and criteria: Diagnostics of knowledge is carried out by evaluating the completed laboratory work and credit control (written component) in the form of test questions of three levels of difficulty.
