Мета вивчення дисципліни: Study of the basics of innovative and business activity in the field of information technologies, methods and tools of developing innovative projects of information systems.
Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of competencies in graduate students: Integral competence The ability to produce new ideas, to solve complex scientific and applied problems of professional and/or research and innovation activities in the field of information systems and technologies, to apply the methodology of scientific and pedagogical activities, as well as to conduct own scientific research, the results of which have scientific novelty, theoretical and practical meaning. general competences: • Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis. • Ability to work in an international context. • Ability to develop and manage projects. • The ability to solve complex scientific and applied problems in the field of information systems and technologies and from tangential to interdisciplinary directions on the basis of a systemic scientific worldview and a general cultural outlook in compliance with the principles of professional ethics and academic integrity. professional competences of the specialty: • The ability to plan and carry out original research, to achieve scientific results that create new knowledge in ICT and related interdisciplinary areas from IT and related fields. • The ability to create and apply modern information technologies, architectures and specialized software in scientific and educational activities, to manage information resources, information systems and digital services. • Ability to develop theoretical foundations, create information technology models, design and create information systems and digital services and their prototypes. • Possessing the skills of development and research of models and methods of quality assessment and improvement of reliability, functional safety and survivability of information systems and digital services. • The ability to organize and support the implementation of a set of information security measures, manage the process of their implementation, taking into account the tasks to be solved and the organizational structure of the protection object, external influences, threats and the level of development of information protection technologies. • Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the specialty in which the graduate student conducts research, in particular, assimilation of basic concepts, understanding of theoretical and practical problems, the history of development and the current state of scientific knowledge in the chosen specialty, mastering the terminology of the researched scientific direction in the amount of ECTS credits in accordance with the standard of higher education.
Learning outcomes: • Have advanced conceptual and methodological knowledge of ICT and at the border of subject areas, as well as research skills sufficient to conduct scientific and applied research at the level of the latest world achievements in the relevant field, obtain new knowledge and/or carry out innovative activities. • Formulate and test hypotheses; use appropriate evidence to substantiate conclusions, in particular, the results of theoretical analysis, experimental studies, mathematical and/or computer modeling, available scientific data. • Develop and research conceptual, mathematical and computer models of processes and systems, use them to obtain new knowledge and/or create innovative products in the field of ICT and related interdisciplinary areas. • Plan and perform experimental and/or theoretical research of information systems and technologies using modern research methods, technical and software tools and in compliance with the norms of academic and professional ethics. • To develop and implement scientific and/or innovative projects that provide an opportunity to rethink the existing and create new integral knowledge and/or professional practice and to solve significant scientific and technological scientific and applied tasks of ICT, taking into account social, economic, environmental and legal aspects. • Design and research integral systems of the Internet of Things (including terminal devices, network technologies, cloud platforms, implementation of data exchange and analysis), conduct intellectual analysis of digital data arrays to solve specific practical scientific and applied problems. • Apply modern software and technical tools, in particular, to implement computer information protection methods when designing information systems and digital services in various subject areas. • Be able to use foreign and domestic universal software tools and analytical platforms to search for patterns, relationships, rules, and knowledge in electronic data arrays. • Carry out reengineering of applied information systems, business processes and digital services. • Design and optimize IT infrastructure support information systems using modern tools.

The sequence of actions to form and optimize the composition of investments for financing innovations. 3. Optimality of the structure of sources of investment resources for the recipient of investments and the investor. Topic 3 Infrastructure of innovative entrepreneurship Directions of development of market opportunities of the enterprise. Types of market strategies for the functioning and development of an economic entity. An alternative choice of options for the development of market opportunities. Features of innovative strategies of large, medium and small firms. Topic 4. Innovative partnership and intrapartnership. The essence, stages of directions of innovative partnership. Peculiarities of managing the choice of directions of innovative development. The model of choosing directions of innovative development Topic 5. Risks in innovative entrepreneurship. Innovative risks: concepts, causes and types. Methods of assessing the riskiness of an innovative project. Goals and methods of risk management in innovative activity Topic 6 Marketing of innovations in the field of entrepreneurship. Topic 7. Implementation of an innovative IT project (startup). Topic 8.
