Мета вивчення дисципліни: Mastering the methods and techniques of forming a normative scientific and methodological base to ensure the educational process and effective transfer of knowledge and skills to students of specialty 133 "Industrial mechanical engineering".
Завдання: General competences: ZK4. Communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with special and general audiences, to present complex information in a convenient and understandable manner orally and in writing, using appropriate technical vocabulary and methods. The ability to communicate with colleagues in the field of mechanical engineering regarding scientific achievements, both at the general level and at the level of a professional scientist. ZK 7. Teaching skills. Acquisition of universal skills of a researcher, in particular, organization and conduct of training sessions, use of modern information technologies (working with VNS, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.). Competence to teach undergraduate students in practical and laboratory classes. ZK 10. Social skills. The ability to learn, to perceive the acquired knowledge in the subject area and to integrate it with the existing knowledge. Ability to plan and manage time. The ability to act with social responsibility and civic consciousness. Determination and perseverance in the performance of the assigned tasks and responsibility for the quality of the work performed. Orientation to the protection and preservation of the natural environment. The ability to adapt and work in new situations, evaluate and maintain the quality of the work done, motivate people and move towards a common goal. Professional competences: FC 6. Teaching skills. The ability to organize scientific and pedagogical activities in the relevant branch of mechanical engineering. Ability to apply scientific and pedagogical knowledge and practical skills for solving scientific and applied problems in the field of mechanical engineering. The ability to identify, classify and describe work related to scientific and pedagogical activities in the relevant field of mechanical engineering by using analytical methods and methods of modeling machines, their elements and production processes in the relevant industry.
Learning outcomes: ZN 4. The ability to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the philosophical methodology of scientific knowledge, psychological and pedagogical aspects of professional and scientific activity, one's own scientific outlook and moral and cultural values. UN 4. The ability to conduct a scientific conversation and discussion in Ukrainian and a foreign language at an appropriate professional level, to present the results of scientific research in oral and written form, to organize and conduct training sessions. UN 5. The ability to use modern information and communication tools and technologies to ensure effective scientific and professional communications. KOM 1. The ability to communicate in business, scientific and professional language, to use different speech styles, communication methods and techniques, to demonstrate a wide scientific and professional vocabulary. KOM 2. The ability to use modern information and communication tools and technologies to ensure effective scientific and professional communications. AiV 2. The ability to realize the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen the acquired and acquire new professional knowledge; AiV 3. The ability to take responsibility for the work performed and achieve the set goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics.

Summary of the subject: During the study of this educational discipline, the applicant acquires the skills of mastering the methods and techniques of ensuring the educational process and effective transfer of knowledge and skills to students of specialty 133 "Industrial Mechanical Engineering".

Assessment methods and criteria: Diagnostics of the knowledge of students is carried out according to the following methods: 1. Defense of the workshop report. 2. Conducting lectures with their review by leading teachers of the department. 3. Conducting practical classes with their review by leading teachers of the department 4. Conducting laboratory classes with their review by leading teachers of the department. 5. Conducting educational hours with their review by leading curators of the department.

Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
