Learning outcomes: know: - principles of forming a pattern of information transmitting-communicative way; - formation of interaction skills (both contact and treble / digital) with other mental structures; - formation of ideas about the management psychology and the modern teacher’s image; - disclosure of principles, goals of higher education; - knowledge of the peculiarities of the pedagogical process; - formation of ideas about the principles, methods and forms of organization of higher education; - acquaintance with methods of pedagogical researches on problems of experts’ training; - knowledge of the features of higher education humanization; - formation of the idea of ??personality, its development, mental health and manifestation of abilities on the way of self-improvement; - knowledge of pedagogical management. be able to: - integrate knowledge that contributes to the growth of the individual, the manifestation of his creative potential - set a goal, plan, organize, stimulate, monitor, and analyze the results of educational-cognitive activities of students; - form the patterns of communicative way of information transfer and the art of its flexible reformatting accounting the trend of considering the information flow; - to form protocols of information interaction with other mental structures; - apply the technologies of higher school psychology in teaching; - use psychological knowledge to organize professional activities; - make a psychological portrait of individuality; - use the principles and practices of games in the educational process; - characterize the educational levels of higher education and to consider of the basic categories of teaching methods and apply them in performing the tasks.

Summary of the subject: Lecture skills. Psychology of high school. Subject and tasks of higher school psychology. Personality psychology. Socio-psychological structure of the group and infiltration of information structures, blocking perception. Psychology of communication. Communicative process in the conditions of noisy subthreshold intolerance. Psychological characteristics of the communication process. Psychology of conflict. Conflicts and ways to overcome them. Conflicts between information memes are given. The system of higher education in Ukraine, trends and prospects for development. Methodological support of the educational process. Modern learning technologies.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control: (oral examination, control measures (30%)) Final control (70% of exam): written-oral form
