Learning outcomes: - a thorough knowledge of the classic and modern tools for developing scientific projects, possessing the skills of comprehensive coverage of subject areas and organizing information exchange, taking into account the lack of analogies in retrospect, narrow specialization of participants; - understanding of project management methodology in scientific projects, ways of determining the main aspects of preparation of project proposals; - ability to organize search for investors, create and develop project teams, enter international markets and attract foreign investment, establish relationships with venture organizations; - ability to manage the risks of the implementation of scientific projects in order to minimize threats due to non-profit orientation, uncertainty of results, long implementation times, complexity of evaluating the results of project implementation; - in-depth knowledge in the field of evaluation of the relevance of scientific research, the use of project management methods to manage scientific projects, the organization of protection of intellectual property; - ability to carry out marketing research in scientific projects, evaluate the product of the project in terms of market attractiveness, use the experience of advanced countries in the development of science through the implementation of scientific projects; - ability to organize the development of a scientific project, make a decision on the start of projects, work on the project launch and preparation of an appropriate package of documents of the stage of initiation, the formation of project portfolios. - ability to create and develop scientific project management team, conflict resolution.

Мета вивчення дисципліни: To provide graduate students with in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge, skills and understanding for the successful performance of professional duties in the specialty "Systems Analysis" and to prepare graduate students for further study in the chosen specialty. Formation of graduate students in-depth theoretical and practical knowledge of scientific project management, management of information as a strategic resource, application of marketing approaches and tools to it; acquiring skills in managing information flows and processes; acquiring teamwork skills; training on the example of specific real organizations.
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: general competences: ЗK01. Ability to abstract thinking, analysis and synthesis. ЗK02. Ability to search, process and analyze information from various sources. ZK03. Ability to develop and manage projects. professional competences: SK01. Ability to perform original research, achieve scientific results that create new knowledge in systems analysis and related interdisciplinary areas and can be published in leading scientific publications in information technology and related fields. SK04. The ability to initiate, develop and implement complex innovative projects in data analysis to support decision-making and related interdisciplinary projects, leadership during their implementation. SK06. Ability to solve scientific or scientific-applied problems that arise in complex systems. SK09. Acquisition of universal researcher skills, in particular oral and written presentation of the results of one's own scientific research in Ukrainian, management of scientific projects and/or preparation of proposals for financing scientific research, registration of intellectual property rights, application of modern information technologies.
Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student should be able to: • carry out the formulation of machine learning design tasks • apply methods and algorithms for designing and optimizing machine learning systems • implement procedures for administration and reengineering of machine learning systems • create intelligent systems based on modern machine learning technologies As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: PH01. Have advanced conceptual and methodological knowledge of systems analysis and at the border of subject areas, as well as research skills sufficient to conduct scientific and applied research at the level of the latest world achievements in the relevant field, obtain new knowledge and/or implement innovations. The essence of project activity: concepts, main characteristics, classification of projects. Topic 2. Project management as a specific branch Development of research projects. The context of the overall project management process: input and output requirements; review strategy and acceptance criteria. The main process of developing requirements: an ideal world; development of requirements in the context of changes. Information model of the general process of developing project requirements: classes of information; approval status; verification status; the status of meeting the requirements; internal relationships of the information model. The reconciliation process. Analysis and modeling. Receiving requirements and verification status. Topic 3. Goals, processes and functions in project management The concept of a problem area.
