Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of teaching the discipline is to study trends in the development of product and service management systems in the context of the possibility of creating and using cyber-physical systems for collecting and processing measurement information about quality indicators in real-time.
Завдання: Based on the results of studying the discipline, the specialist should know the development trends and the most important new scientific achievements in the field of metrology, quality management, market supervision, information and measurement tools, complexes and systems, management systems, and in related fields. Know modern scientific theories and methods of risk assessment and be able to effectively apply them for analysis in the field of quality assurance based on information and measurement technologies.
Learning outcomes: The ability to solve complex theoretical problems and practical tasks during professional activities in the field of automation and instrumentation, metrology and information and measurement technology, metrological provision of instruments and measuring tools, and their metrological verification and calibration. Effectively solve applied diagnostic tasks of branches of the national economy, automation of processes for ensuring the quality of products, goods, and services.

Summary of the subject: Within the scope of the discipline, the main requirements for the possibilities of building the most modern information and measurement systems are considered, taking into account possible internal and external risks. Qualitative and quantitative risk assessment methods are considered, which can be used during the automation of manufacturing, sales, operation and maintenance of quality management systems for products and services. The possibility of building digital quality management systems for products, services, methods and means of metrological support at the place of operation, taking into account possible risks, is also being studied. Considerable attention is paid to regulatory support, including determining the effectiveness, efficiency, and effectiveness of quality management systems for products and services, depending on the established and predictable requirements of all interested parties.

Assessment methods and criteria: In the process of teaching the discipline, the following methods of assessing the level of knowledge are used: - current control, problem-solving; - design of individual works; - holding a semester exam.
