Learning outcomes: • Knowledge of methods of genetic, cell engineering and selection of microorganisms and plants and modern methods of study and identification of GMOs, immuno- and DNA diagnostics. • Carry out experimental research and apply research skills independently. • assess the feasibility and feasibility of new methods and technologies in the development of biotechnological bases and methods of production of new biological products and biological products, improvement of existing ones.

Summary of the subject: Regulation of the immune response and immunological net. Antigen-antibody reaction, immunochemistry. Serology and immunodiagnosis. Immunohaematology. The antigens and antibodies of blood groups. Basic immunogenetic methods. Immunological methods and enzyme- and radio-linked immunosorbent assay, monoclonal antibodies, hybrid cell lines DNA diagnostics systems, hybridization probes, detection, polymorphic markers. Monoclonal antibodies as a diagnosticums. Vaccines. Preparations stimulating the immune reactivity, drugs bound to monoclonal antibodies., Transplantation antigens. Methods of immunodeficiencies correction.
