Мета вивчення дисципліни: 1. Formation of theoretical knowledge, skills and practical skills necessary for solving practical problems in the field of the latest innovative technologies of environmental protection; 2. Assimilation of modern knowledge on the legal, organizational and methodological foundations of the latest technologies of photoenergy, wind energy, geothermal energy, and mycorrhization technologies; 3. Studying the peculiarities of the application of natural science methods for the design and implementation of innovative technologies, the role and task of each of them in ensuring the quality of life of people and preserving the natural environment.
Завдання: INT. The ability to solve complex specialized tasks and practical problems during professional activities in the field of natural sciences, environmental protection technologies, technologies for restoring disturbed ecosystems and in the learning process, which involves the application of methods and means of environmental protection and characterized by the complexity of conditions, as well as the practical implementation of the obtained results . ZK 7. leadership and the ability of both autonomous and team work during project implementation. ZK 8. Ability to conduct research at the appropriate level.
Learning outcomes: Program competencies: 1. Ability to organize innovative activities, conduct original research, identify and critically evaluate the main mechanisms of innovative technologies and economics. 2. Ability to solve complex problems in the field of research and innovation, which involves a deep rethinking of existing and creation of new holistic knowledge in the field of intellectual property as a basis for innovative technologies; 3. Ability to search, process, analyze and summarize information for independent research in the field of innovative technologies with the possibility of further commercialization of research and development results. 4. Ability to reasonably choose and use methods and tools in the field of marketing of innovative technologies. 5. Acquisition of universal skills of a researcher, in particular management of innovative projects and technologies. Program results: • 1. Know and critically evaluate theories, positions and conceptual approaches to solving complex scientific and practical problems of innovative technologies. 2. Demonstrate skills of independent reasoned choice and implementation of innovative technologies for research, flexible thinking, openness to new knowledge, evaluate the results of autonomous work and be responsible for personal professional development and development of new innovative technologies. 3. Initiate, develop, implement and manage innovative projects and technologies, search for partners to commercialize research and development results. 4. Carry out a critical analysis, summarize the results of the implementation of innovative technologies, formulate and substantiate conclusions and proposals for further development of innovative projects and products. 5. Choose and use general and special methods and tools of innovative technologies. 6. Be able to find, collect, verify and at the level of analysis to organize, analyze management information necessary for the implementation of management functions for planning, organization, motivation and control in the organization. 7. To find original innovative solutions or to develop innovative technologies aimed at solving a specific problem.

Summary of the subject: The course is designed for: 1. Study of innovative technologies for conservation of natural resources; 2. Obtaining information on the current state of natural resources: surface, groundwater, drinking water, air, soil, 3. Synthesis of information on the current and projected state of renewable natural resources; 4. Comprehensive provision of information on the qualitative and quantitative characteristics of material and energy resources necessary for quality control of objects, phenomena, environmental processes, 5. Study and comparison of parameters of renewable material and energy resources, which contributes to the selection of optimal technologies for the design and protection of the environment; 6. Acquisition of skills to solve engineering and technological problems of designing innovative energy supply systems, conservation and protection of nature and the environment.

The concept of technologies for designing solar heat supply systems. Solar collectors with a highly selective coating of the absorbing panel. 3. Innovative technologies of photovoltaics. Photoelectric energy generation. Devices on semiconductor junctions. Mobile and stationary photovoltaic systems. Photovoltaics for special purpose. 4. Photoelectric systems for aerospace applications. Geostationary platforms with solar converters, spacecraft for remote sensing of the Earth and meteorology. 5. Geoenergy-active latest technologies. Heat supply and heating of local facilities. Geothermal power plants. Hydrothermal convective systems. Geothermal balneology. 6. Innovative wind energy technologies. Modern wind-electric units with vertical and horizontal axis of rotation. Diffusers of wind flows. 7. Innovative bioenergy technologies. Technologies of anaerobic fermentation of biomass, production of biogas and high-quality disinfected organic fertilizers, production of fuel ethanol. 8. Innovative technologies of hydropower. Small hydropower: protection of nearby settlements from floods, promotion of normal water supply, development of fisheries. Tidal hydroaccumulating power stations.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control, oral examination (30%); Final control (control measure, exam): written form (70%)
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Students' knowledge of the discipline is assessed by the following types of controls: 1) assessment of students' knowledge in practical classes; 2) Examination control. Assessment of students' knowledge during practical classes is carried out in the following forms: • survey of theoretical material; • assessment of performance of situational exercises and tasks during class; • evaluation of participation in discussions, summaries of the issues discussed in the practical session. For practical classes, the maximum number of points is assigned according to the following criteria: • survey - for a complete and thorough answer to a given question on the subject of the lesson; • performance of situational exercises and tasks - for the proposed correct algorithm (sequence) of solving the task; for knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the problem posed in the task; for mastering the formulas and mathematical methods necessary to solve the task; for the correct result obtained. • participation in discussions, summarizing the issues under consideration - for knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the problem, the ability to argue one's point of view, the ability to conduct a discussion correctly.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
