Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the discipline is to study the basics of state environmental control by determining the ecological state of the object, the degree and nature of its impact on the surrounding natural environment, its compliance with the requirements of legislation, norms and rules in the field of nature protection in order to take measures to eliminate detected violations and prevent negative impact on the environment
Завдання: The study of an educational discipline involves the formation of competencies in students of education: general competences: ZK1. The ability to initiate and conduct original scientific research, identify relevant scientific problems, search for and critically analyze information, produce innovative constructive ideas, and apply non-standard approaches to solving complex and atypical tasks ZK2. Knowledge and understanding of the philosophical methodology of knowledge, the principles of professional ethics, the system of moral and cultural values, the influence of technical solutions in the public, economic and social context ZK3. The ability to carry out critical analysis, evaluation and synthesis of new ideas, to plan, control and evaluate one's own work and the work of others. professional competences: FK3. In-depth knowledge of technical characteristics, design features, purpose and rules of operation of air purification, water purification, reclamation equipment and equipment FK4. Knowledge and skills of working with computer technologies to solve the problems of protecting and restoring ecosystems.
Learning outcomes: ФК2. Поглиблені знання основних нормативно-правових актів та довідкових матеріалів, чинних стандартів і технічних умов, інструкцій та інших нормативно-розпорядчих документів в галузі природоохоронної діяльності; ФК3. Поглиблені знання технічних характеристик, конструктивних особливостей, призначення і правил експлуатації повітроочисного, водоочисного, рекультиваційного устаткування та обладнання;
Required prior and related subjects: FК2. In-depth knowledge of basic regulations and reference materials, current standards and specifications, instructions and other regulatory documents in the field of environmental protection. FК3. In-depth knowledge of technical characteristics, design features, purpose and rules of operation of air purification, water purification, reclamation equipment and equipment.
Summary of the subject: A complex discipline of professional training of a graduate student that studies the theoretical foundations and methodological features of environmental control as an important function of the environmental management system. The peculiarity of the program is the emphasis on substantiation of relevance, identification of features and improvement of various types of control and supervision in the field of environmental protection, in particular assessment environmental impact of planned and current economic activities in order to prevent environmental pollution and minimize harmful anthropogenic (man-made) impacts on environment.

Integrated automated system "Environmental control" and informing about the activities of state environmental control bodies. 7. Planned measures of state environmental control of economic entities. 8. Unscheduled measures of state environmental control of business entities. 9. Measures of state environmental control in relation to individuals and certain categories of economic entities. 10. Documents drawn up by state environmental control bodies.
Assessment methods and criteria: Current control (30%) - practical, abstracts, oral examination. Final control (70%) - exam.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Students' knowledge of the discipline is assessed by the following types of controls: 1) assessment of students' knowledge in practical classes; 2) Examination control. Assessment of students' knowledge during practical classes is carried out in the following forms: • survey of theoretical material; • assessment of performance of situational exercises and tasks during class; • evaluation of participation in discussions, summaries of the issues discussed in the practical session. For practical classes, the maximum number of points is assigned according to the following criteria: • survey - for a complete and thorough answer to a given question on the subject of the lesson; • performance of situational exercises and tasks - for the proposed correct algorithm (sequence) of solving the task; for knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the problem posed in the task; for mastering the formulas and mathematical methods necessary to solve the task; for the correct result obtained. • participation in discussions, summarizing the issues under consideration - for knowledge of the theoretical foundations of the problem, the ability to argue one's point of view, the ability to conduct a discussion correctly.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
