Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the academic discipline and learning outcomes are: mastering the necessary theoretical knowledge on the theory and practice of scientific research, on the basics of didactics; development of certain skills in the organization of research work, readiness for scientific research in order to solve assigned tasks on the chosen topic.
Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies: integral competence (INT): the ability to identify and solve complex problems in the field of international economic relations, to put forward hypotheses and generate new ideas for their complex solution, which involves a deep rethinking of existing and the creation of new integral knowledge in the process of research | and professional practice. special (professional) competences (FC): FK1. The ability to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of modern theoretical, methodological and methodical foundations of the functioning and development of the world economy and international economic relations. FC2. The ability to form a scientific holistic view of the economic unity of the world, regulatory mechanisms of international economic relations at the national, regional and international levels in the conditions of modern processes of convergence and divergence. FC6. The ability to analyze, systematize and summarize the results of interdisciplinary scientific research in the field of international economic relations and business.
Learning outcomes: As a result of the study of the discipline, the student must be able to demonstrate the following learning outcomes: 1) Theoretical and applied principles of conducting research on the chosen subject; 2) Analysis of the state of the enterprises according to the chosen theme; 3) Improvement of business processes of enterprises in the directions of conducted researches; 4) Formation of goals and objectives, subject and object of research, scientific novelty and conclusions based on the results of the research.

Assessment methods and criteria: - current control (100%): presentations at seminars based on the results of individual work
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Procedure and criteria for assigning points and grades: • for performance and defense of laboratory works (4 works of 25 points each) – 100 points; • The final semester grade on a 100-point scale is converted into a state grade according to the system adopted at the University: • 88-100 points – "excellent"; • 71-87 points – "good"; • 50-70 points – "satisfactory"; • 0-49 points – "not satisfactory". • The grade "excellent" (88-100 points) is awarded for complete, systematized knowledge. The graduate student must fully complete the assigned tasks regarding the performance of the laboratory work, during the defense of the laboratory work must correctly answer the questions, however minor inaccuracies are allowed. • The grade "good" (71-87 points) assumes that the graduate student has fully completed the assigned task of performing the laboratory work, and when defending the laboratory work, he correctly answers most of the questions, admits minor inaccuracies and errors. • A grade of "satisfactory" (50-70 points) is given to a graduate student who has fully completed the assigned task of performing laboratory work, and may have made some mistakes when defending the laboratory work. • The grade "unsatisfactory" (less than 50 points) is awarded to a graduate student who has fully completed the assigned task of performing laboratory work, but when defending the laboratory work does not understand the essence of the questions, does not know the basic concepts of the subject and did not answer them correctly.
