Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of studying the academic discipline is the formation of fundamental knowledge of the theory and practice of innovative development of entrepreneurial structures and responsible professional competencies.
Завдання: general competences: IT. The ability to identify and solve complex problems in the field of international economic relations, put forward hypotheses and generate new ideas for their complex solution, which involves a deep rethinking of existing and created new integral knowledge in the process of research and innovation activities and professional practice. professional competences: PC3. Analytical thinking ability and practical skills of information systematization for the purpose of processing large data sets, assessment and forecasting of international economic and social phenomena; PC4. Ability to apply information technology, modern methods of modeling and forecasting using the latest application packages and software products for scientific substantiation and confirmation/refutation of hypotheses.
Learning outcomes: Know1. Generalize, think critically and analyze the phenomena and problems under study, show flexibility in making decisions based on logical arguments and proven facts in conditions of limited time and resources on the basis of general scientific methodology. S2. Demonstrate a systematic scientific worldview, the ability to think creatively, formulate conclusions and develop recommendations, offer extraordinary approaches using the latest technologies in solving the tasks. S3. Identify scientific and practical problems, prepare scientific texts and reports, carry out public testing of research results in both national and foreign languages, demonstrate oral and written communication. Teaching and learning methods. Verbal, visual, practical. Lectures and laboratory sessions: information-receptive method; reproductive method; heuristic method; problem statement method. Independent work: reproductive method; research method. Methods of assessing the level of achievement of learning outcomes. Current and examination control. Knowledge assessment methods: oral survey at the beginning of classes; current testing at the virtual learning environment; assessment of the student's activity during laboratory classes, clarifications and definitions, additions to previous answers; evaluation of submitted proposals, original solutions during the defense of control papers for correspondence education, etc. Examination: testing, oral examination.
Required prior and related subjects: prerequisites: • Modern theories of world economic development, • Global problems and challenges of economic development. requisites: • Research methods of international entrepreneurial activity; • Management of scientific projects.
Summary of the subject: As a result of studying the academic discipline, the student will know: the evolution of innovative development, its categorical apparatus, classification of forms and types; basic concepts, theories and models of innovative development; state innovation policy and methods of its implementation; the essence of the innovative potential of the enterprise and methods of its assessment; methods of organizing innovative processes at the enterprise; methods of stimulating the creative activity of personnel; methods of evaluating the economic efficiency of the innovative potential of the entrepreneurial structure; will be able to: apply and integrate knowledge and understanding of the disciplines of other fields of knowledge; identify and understand cause-and-effect relationships, analyze and summarize external and internal management information to manage the innovative development of business structures in the context of globalization; to initiate, justify and manage current scientific projects of an innovative nature, independently conduct scientific research, interact in a team and demonstrate leadership abilities in the implementation of scientific projects; to investigate the problems of innovative development of business structures; reasonedly choose methods of evaluating the economic efficiency of innovations; to set priorities among a large number of tasks of innovative development of the enterprise.
Опис: Basic concepts and theory of innovation. Formation of innovation theory and its modern concept. The innovation process as an object of innovation management. Classification of innovation and its features. State regulation of innovation. Fundamentals of Innovative Management. Enterprise as the core of innovations implementation. Innovative strategies. Methods of innovative processes at the enterprise. The organizational forms that ensure the development of innovative processes. Innovative activity motivation system in the organization. Evaluating the effectiveness of innovation.
Assessment methods and criteria: - Current control (30%): virtual learning environmen, workshops, presentations, cases analysis, oral survey; - Final control (70%): semester control (written (50%) and verbal (20%) component).
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Current control 30 points, including: work at the virtual learning environment - 10 points; oral survey - 4 points; implementation of cases - 8 points (4 points for each); presentations – 8 points (4 points for each). Examination control – 70 points, including: written component – 50 points, oral component – 20 points. In case of non-fulfillment of certain criteria from one or another form of knowledge control, the number of points awarded to the student may be reduced: - for an incomplete answer - 0.5 points; - for each incorrect answer - 1 point; - 2 points for unreliability of the provided information; - for insufficient disclosure of the topic - 1.5 points; - for lack of references to literary sources - 0.5 points.
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: 100–88 points – (“excellent”) is awarded for a high level of knowledge (some inaccuracies are allowed) of the educational material of the component contained in the main and additional recommended literary sources, the ability to analyze the phenomena being studied in their interrelationship and development, clearly, succinctly, logically, consistently answer the questions, the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 87–71 points – (“good”) is awarded for a generally correct understanding of the educational material of the component, including calculations, reasoned answers to the questions posed, which, however, contain certain (insignificant) shortcomings, for the ability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical tasks; 70 – 50 points – (“satisfactory”) awarded for weak knowledge of the component’s educational material, inaccurate or poorly reasoned answers, with a violation of the sequence of presentation, for weak application of theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 49-26 points - ("not certified" with the possibility of retaking the semester control) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to apply theoretical provisions when solving practical problems; 25-00 points - ("unsatisfactory" with mandatory re-study) is awarded for ignorance of a significant part of the educational material of the component, significant errors in answering questions, inability to navigate when solving practical problems, ignorance of the main fundamental provisions.
