Мета вивчення дисципліни: The purpose of the study of the academic discipline and the results of the initiation: the formation of students with the necessary basic knowledge in the field of international scientific and technical cooperation, as well as the ability to make informed decisions about solving problems and implementing initiatives in this field.
Завдання: The study of an academic discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies: general competences: - the ability to produce innovative scientific ideas; - the ability to master the methodology of scientific and pedagogical activity; - the ability to solve complex problems in the process of innovative research and professional activity; - the ability to conduct original research in the field of international economic relations at the international and national levels. professional competences: - in-depth knowledge of the theoretical and applied principles of various types and spheres of international economic relations; - the ability to identify and understand cause-and-effect relationships, analyze and summarize external and internal management information to manage the innovative development of business structures in the context of globalization.
Learning outcomes: • Understanding the basics of scientific and technical cooperation as a form of international economic relations; • Knowledge of patterns and principles of development of international scientific and technical cooperation; • Knowledge of provisions of legal regulation of the development of international scientific and technological cooperation • Knowledge of forms of international scientific and technical cooperation • Understanding the place and priorities of Ukraine in the system of international scientific and technical cooperation • Possession of models of commercialization and diffusion of innovations and scientific and technical information within the framework of international scientific and technical cooperation • Knowledge of the priority areas of development of international scientific and technical cooperation

Summary of the subject: The essence and structure of international scientific and technical cooperation (ISTC). Prerequisites for the formation of the ISTC. Patterns of development of ISTC. Concept and system of principles of development of ISTC. International organizations in the field of regulation of ISTC. International legal acts governing ISTC. Forms of international scientific and technical cooperation. State regulation of Ukraine's participation in the ISTC. International scientific and technological programs with the participation of Ukraine. Prospects for attracting Ukraine's scientific and technical potential to the ISTC. Licensing and know-how. Protection of intellectual property. Models of diffusion of innovations and scientific and technical information. Priority directions of ISTC development.
Опис: Scientific and technological cooperation as a form of international economic relations. Patterns and principles of development of international scientific and technical cooperation. Legal regulation of the development of international scientific and technological cooperation. Forms of international scientific and technical cooperation. Ukraine in the system of international scientific and technical cooperation. Commercialization and diffusion of innovations and scientific and technical information within the framework of international scientific and technical cooperation. Priority areas of development of MNTS.
Assessment methods and criteria: Assessment of the student's knowledge is carried out in the following directions: the presence of specific skills, their depth, stability and flexibility; the degree of mastery of the main provisions of the discipline and their creative application when solving situational problems and cases. Semester control is conducted in the form of an exam. Evaluation methods: selective oral survey; preparation of individual scientific and research tasks, reports; assessment of activity, submitted proposals, original solutions, clarifications and definitions, etc.
Критерії оцінювання результатів навчання: Assessment of students' knowledge is carried out based on the results of current control and examination control. 2. Distribution of points: for the performance of an individual research task - 20 points; for work in practical classes (performance of situational exercises and tasks) - 10 points for performance of the control measure (examination task) - 70 points (50 - written component, 20 - oral component). The final semester grade on a 100-point scale is converted into a state grade in accordance with the system adopted at the University: 88-100 points – "excellent" 71-87 points - "good" 50-70 points - "satisfactory" 0-49 points - "not satisfactory".
Порядок та критерії виставляння балів та оцінок: The grade "excellent" (88-100 points) is awarded for complete, systematized knowledge. The student must correctly answer the assigned tasks and solve the tasks, minor mechanical errors are allowed that do not significantly distort the overall result of the tasks. The grade "good" (71-87 points) assumes that, in general, having mastered the material, the student answers most of the tasks correctly and makes minor inaccuracies and individual errors when solving problems. The grade "satisfactory" (50-70 points) is awarded to a student who has significant deficiencies in solving the assigned tasks and has gaps in knowledge, but tried to solve the tasks where he could have made mistakes. The grade "unsatisfactory" (less than 50 points) is awarded to a student who does not understand the essence of the questions, does not know the basic concepts of the subject and did not answer them correctly.
