Summary of the subject: The course "Technologies and materials in modern interior design" is designed for one semester of study, in total it covers 30 hours of lectures and 15 hours of practical classes. In the theoretical part of the course, modern trends in construction and finishing technologies, materials and constructive solutions are considered; classification and properties of materials; modern technologies of decorative works in interior design; peculiarities of the use of modern materials and technologies in the design of residential and public interiors. In the practical part of the course, the stages of RGR implementation are sequentially considered, which is based on the research of the selected category of modern materials and technologies. Studying the proposed course focuses on independent pre-project research and making conceptual pre-project decisions, requires students to search for sources and study additional literature.
