Summary of the subject: The discipline "Painting, Drawing, Sculpture, Part 7" is part of the educational and professional program "Environmental Design", a comprehensive professional training of students of the first (bachelor's) educational qualification level in "Design". The discipline is based on the themes of visual and graphic images, which reveal the basic laws of the process of expression of creative and graphic presentation. The course structurally includes practical and theoretical parts. Having a common goal related to the general training of a student designer, each of the parts has its own specifics, which is manifested in a different sequence of presentation and acquisition of knowledge within the overall structure of the course. With the help of the theoretical part, students are provided with the necessary information related to the problems of graphic and pictorial expression of the form and composition of the subject in the modern environment. Laboratory classes allow students to master the technology of imaging environmental objects, human figures through plastic anatomy, special drawing and painting.
Assessment methods and criteria: During the semester, a student can score 100 points for completing four graphic tasks. Credit is a mandatory final form of control, which allows you to assess the systematic assimilation of educational material on "Painting, Drawing, Sculpture, Part 7" and is reduced to current forms of control. Laboratory tasks are subject to periodic review with recording the stage of their implementation in the journal. Evaluation of works takes place after the end of each task. The average score for classroom tasks is calculated as follows: sum the number of points for each of the tasks and divide by their number.
