Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the student must demonstrate the following learning outcomes
As a result of studying the discipline the student must know:
• main stylistic features of different types of architectural reliefs
• methods of selecting analogues and prototypes for architectural reliefs
• technique and sequence of execution of architectural reliefs in kind
As a result of studying the discipline the student must be able to:
• independently select and study the necessary analogues and prototypes for architectural reliefs and use them in the process of terrain modeling
• have a method of modeling different types of architectural relief compositions
• independently identify in the relief all the stylistic features of the form - geometric proportions of the form, rhythm and its location on the frontal plane, the mass of the form and its texture, structural plasticity of the form, chiaroscuro.
• independently make the necessary additions to the lost parts of the architectural detail in accordance with the style and technique of the architectural object
The study of the discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies:
general:
• Ability to have a culture of thinking, generalization, analysis, perception of information, goal setting and choosing ways to achieve it in a practical situation;
professional:
• Ability to take into account the main aesthetic categories, the laws of artistic composition, ethnic, socio-cultural, economic, technological, natural and environmental principles of restoration of works of art;
The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes:
• Knowledge of historical and stylistic, architectural, artistic and plastic-artistic bases of restoration of works of art;
• Ability to master historical techniques and technologies of processing materials of works of art;
• Be able to perform project documentation for the restoration of works of art;
• Ability to communicate. including oral and written communication in Ukrainian and foreign languages ??(English)
• Ability to be responsible in the work performed, to make decisions independently, to achieve the goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics.
Required prior and related subjects: Restoration project, part 2, Modeling of an architectural detail, part 2, Special plastics, part 2.
Summary of the subject: The discipline "Special Plastics" is based on the study of techniques and technology of modeling architectural reliefs, solving problems related to modeling, selection of tools and methods of reproduction, copying and supplementing architectural details, development of modeling algorithms, etc. The study of the discipline is a method of sequential teaching of material in the form of thematic blocks, which are revealed during the practical work on the task.
Assessment methods and criteria: Protection of practical works - 15 points
Test
Written - 25 points
Practical work - 60 points
