Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline the student must demonstrate the following learning outcomes:
• be able to systematically carry out a complex set of works, including restoration technological processes;
• learn to choose the best techniques and technologies for the restoration of works of art;
• learn to choose and apply the necessary tools;
• professionally choose the necessary methods of restoration of works of art;
• to form skills and use the latest technologies in the restoration of works of art.

• Ability to solve complex specialized tasks on the formation and application of methods and technology of restoration of works of art; ability to solve complex practical and design problems of restoration activities during training; ability to use information and computer technology.

• Ability to have a culture of thinking, generalization, analysis, perception of information, goal setting and choosing ways to achieve it in a practical situation;

1. Ability to take into account the main aesthetic categories, the laws of artistic composition, ethnic, socio-cultural, economic, technological, natural and environmental principles of restoration of works of art;
2. Ability to have modern scientific concepts in the field of art and restoration, necessary for the development of professionally-oriented disciplines;
3. Ability to identify, classify and describe work related to restoration activities through the use of analytical and modeling techniques;
4. Ability to determine the amount of work required for the restoration of works of art and to determine the time frame for this work.
The learning outcomes of this discipline provide the following learning outcomes:
1. Knowledge of historical and stylistic, architectural, artistic and plastic-artistic bases of restoration of works of art;
2. Ability to master historical techniques and technologies of processing materials of works of art;
3. Be able to perform project documentation for the restoration of works of art;
4. Ability to communicate. including oral and written communication in Ukrainian and foreign languages ??(English);
5. Ability to treat the work responsibly, to make decisions independently, to achieve the goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics;

Co-requisites: History of restoration by profession, Scientific bases of research of architectural decor of historical buildings, Historical techniques and technologies of stone processing
Summary of the subject: Discipline "Restoration of stone sculpture, part 2" consists of acquiring skills in scientific and technological examination of stone art, development of loss maps, development of restoration project, study methods of restoration of works of art of limestone, sandstone, marble, artificial stone, etc. In the process of learning the application of synthetic polymers, pigments, biocides and antiseptics is mastered. The study of the discipline is the method of consistent teaching of material in the form of lectures and practical classes.
Assessment methods and criteria: Protection of practical works - 20 points.
Written and oral control - 10 points
