Learning outcomes: As a result of studying the discipline, the student must demonstrate the following learning outcomes • list and sequence of pre-design studies in the restoration of architectural details; • the necessary list and composition of restoration design drawings, • methods and technology of working with gypsum material in the restoration of architectural details; As a result of studying this module the student should be able to: • independently perform the necessary pre-project research, consistently and efficiently conduct them; • based on the results of pre-design studies to independently develop design drawings for the restoration of architectural details; • have the technique and technology of working with gypsum material, independently perform forms and models of gypsum architectural details.
Required prior and related subjects: Prerequisite: Co-requisites: Materials Science, History of Restoration by Specialty, Fundamentals of Archeology.
Summary of the subject: The purpose of the project is to acquaint the student with the methods of pre-project research, the rules of restoration project drawings and features of working with gypsum material in the restoration.
Assessment methods and criteria: Credit: Protection of independent works - 15% Component letter - 25% Practical component - 60%
