Learning outcomes: The study of the discipline involves the formation and development of students' competencies: general: • Possession of a culture of thinking, the ability to generalize, analyze, perceive information, set goals and choose ways to achieve it. • Ability to logically correctly, reasonably and clearly communicate (orally and in writing) in the state language and speak at least one of the common European languages at the level of reading and understanding scientific and technical literature, communication in oral and written forms. • Ability to use legislative, directive, normative, legal documents in their activities. • Possession of fixed assets, methods and methods of obtaining, storing, processing information. • Ability to take into account the main aesthetic categories, laws of architectural composition, ethnic, socio-cultural, economic, technological, natural and environmental principles and methods of construction. • Ability to self-study, to self-improvement and to continue professional development. • Ability to rationally organize their own activities and effectively manage their own time. professional: • Basic knowledge in the field of architecture and urban planning, necessary for the development of professionally-oriented disciplines; • Knowledge of basic regulations and reference materials, current standards and design standards, instructions and other regulations in the field of architecture and urban planning; • Competently perform architectural and urban planning documentation of architectural and urban planning objects; • Ability to professionally present the project - to report on the merits of the project, to oppose the review, to explain certain provisions of the project; • Ability to understand and take into account social, environmental, ethical, economic aspects that affect the formation of current and future solutions in the implementation of architectural and urban projects; • Competence in working with monuments and designing facilities within protected areas; The learning outcomes of this discipline detail the following program learning outcomes: • Be able to perform feasibility studies of architectural and urban design solutions. • Ability to adapt to new situations and make appropriate decisions; • Ability to realize the need for lifelong learning in order to deepen the acquired and acquire new professional knowledge; Ability to be responsible in the work performed, to make decisions independently, to achieve the goal in compliance with the requirements of professional ethics;

Summary of the subject: The discipline "Architectural design of a single-family house" is based on the study and creative understanding of analogues of architectural projects, analysis of theoretical knowledge, regulatory requirements, taking into account design features and needs of engineering equipment and is based on individual creative process. The discipline is studied by individual work of the teacher with each student, analysis of project proposals, search for design solutions and selection of the best.
