Learning outcomes: The trained specialist should be able to: • give a description of types of computer graphics, the main types of graphic files; • Focus on the most common features of the Corel Draw graphics editor and Adobe Photoshop; • create graphic objects; create random images; • use color models and color palettes to fill objects; • operate copying, duplication and cloning techniques; import and export objects; • use local and global computer networks for the processing of economic information; • Create electronic presentations and multipage publications.
Required prior and related subjects: Informatics for economists
Summary of the subject: Network Technology. Educational and expert systems. Technologies for creating and using electronic presentations and multipage publications. Basic concepts of computer graphics.
Assessment methods and criteria: Diagnostics of students' knowledge is carried out by means of oral questioning at lectures, practical and laboratory classes, defense of laboratory works, writing of control work, writing and defense of exam papers. • Current control (60 points): implementation of laboratory, practical individual and independent work, writing control work. • Writing individual work (40 points).
